Nice place for kids
My grandchild had a lot of fun. The place is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and they
have a great setup!! The play area keeps the kids very occupied and they even made new friends while visiting. We will be back for sure!
Perfect slogan, where a kid can be a kid!
My daughter’s party was great. We barely saw the kids they were having so much fun on the floor.
Joclyn was very helpful, anwered all our questions, is very caring and informative. Thank you!
Shawn was amazing! Very helpful and considerate! Excellent team member!
Had a party here and it’s not worth it over crowded with three other parties back to back in a tight space combined the parties when Chuckie came to dance no one on one time limited drink options for the price I would just go somewhere else
Visited Chuck-E-Cheese in Middletown yesterday and was pleasantly surprised!
The place has beed updated, especially the toddler side, new cars, new games and a trampoline /indoor play area.
Will go back soon!
My kids love this place. Always a great time and their new additions keep us there longer . I love coming here and the staff is nice and chill. They are very cognitive of who leaves with children so no kid leaves without the same number of the adult. I've gotten stopped many times trying to leave with my own kid. So that was great to see them on top of that.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment during what was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the service and management completely failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and respect.
There is absolutely no communication between the staff members, and the manager, Anthony, demonstrated extremely poor leadership and customer service skills. He was rude, arrogant, and unwilling to handle the situation appropriately. It was clear that he does not know how to manage a team or communicate effectively with customers.
To make matters worse, the staff gave conflicting information. When I called to confirm details, they later denied that I had ever called, implying that I was lying — which is both disrespectful and unacceptable. Such a lack of internal communication creates confusion and ruins what should be a pleasant experience.
I must highlight, however, that Liam was the only bright spot in this entire experience. He was polite, professional, and very helpful — a true example of how a staff member should treat customers.
I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place for hosting a birthday party. You end up paying a high price only to have a day that should be joyful turned into a frustrating and stressful experience

I had a very POOR experience at the Middletown NJ location 10/4/25 at 6:00pm. I was there with my family of 3 adults and 3 children. We ordered a large plain stuffed crust pizza, 2 bottles of water, and 3 drinks. We ate and then took the kids to play. About 20 minutes into playing with the kids at the arcade, I noticed our table was cleared and ALL of our drinks were thrown out. I proceeded to the counter to inquire as to why our drinks were thrown out. The manager at the counter became extremely hostile and aggressive, stating he would not replace our drinks without a receipt. I tried explaining that the receipt was on the table, so it was thrown out along with our drinks. However, he did not care at all what I had to says. When I asked for his name and the number for corporate, he refused to give me either, stating he’ll make sure no one helps us for the rest of our visit. This is the absolute poorest excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I spend a lot of money there every month. I have the monthly membership, as well as buying food and drinks every time I’m there. Now, I will be cancelling everything and taking my money elsewhere. Is it common practice for your employees to throw away food and drinks that are paid for? All I wanted was my drinks replaced. Instead, your staff went out of his way to be as difficult and rude as possible. I work customer service. If I ever treated a customer in such a manner, I would have been fired instantly. I’m not sure if he was a manager or not, as none of your staff wears nametags. All I wanted was my drinks (that I paid for) replaced. The two bottle of water that were thrown out were not even opened yet. I will absolutely rethink ever visiting this establishment again in the future. I also will make sure everyone I know is made aware of how poorly Chuck E Cheese staff member treat families just looking to have some fun with their children.
Membership is great!
