Ill never come here again 34 bucks 1 hr for 1 play card 19.99 for 6 wings 21.49 for large crap pizza Place is overpriced arcade never again They also have a bounce area 12 bucks extra and only 7 kids can fit at a time so u have to wait The games are basic games nothing good. Rather go to urban air

Generally fun but it seems much less worth the cash with so many games out of order. 9 broken just out of the ones my kid tried to play in an hour, and I’m including every single skee ball machine as one item. Plus the trampolines were closed and locked…so instead kids climbed on the outside of them. If they’re a liability just take them out. Or at least put a sign up? Pics are of the broken games so you know what you’re getting in to and can possibly anticipate a few disappointments.

There were only 2 workers up front, one of which was busy with the play area. There was a wait for the front register but the employees who were working up front were great. Food took a while to come out. The kids had a great time.

Pretty fun experience, went absolutely brazy on the basketball machine and broke the high score multiple times. Was a traumatizing experience for me though because I had no idea about the "Chuck E Pizza" ritual where the employee dressed in the Chuck costume attaches the cheese grater to his groin area and thrusts the mozarella block to make the pizzas, but they did come out delicious. Will be back with my squad next week to run up some ball and grind tickets.

I took my kids today in celebration for my 3 year old being officially potty trained, this was the one thing she asked for. I didn’t have high expectations for the place because I remember going as a 90’s child. But that visit will be my last because we were greeted by no one at the rope, did not get hand stamped, then when asking an older woman behind the counter about how the tickets worked she was so rude. I asked about military discounts and she responded “we don’t do that anymore” which isn’t a big deal but shameful on corporates part. Spend well over $200 when all was said and done. Games weren’t operating, soda was warm, no ice in the ice machines and when the staff was alerted, she was so bothered to do that task of refilling them. Waited over 30 minutes for frozen pizza to be reheated. $75 for 2 frozen pizzas and 5 small fountain drinks. I don’t mind paying these prices if the staff wasn’t completely miserable. If you don’t have tolerance for children, don’t work at a children’s place. When my kids went to get a price, the same older woman said I’ll pick for them, handed them some nonsense and said “there you go now get out”… are you kidding me. How dare you speak to anyone especially people paying lots of money in your establishment, like that. So sorely disappointed and so was my children who range from 2-9 years old. Shame on whoever does the hiring there.

The children attending Chuck E. Cheese would do a better job running this place than the incompetent staff they have. This is not a difficult job by any means, yet the staff seems like they are struggling to do even the most basic things. Don't hope to use your tokens for prizes, the counter is permanently closed. Don't hope to eat food there, the pizzas "are being stolen out of the pizza window" and disappearing. Almost comical to think about how crazy that experience was. Left after waiting for 2 hours for pizzas we never recieved and my poor toddlers were past the point of no return at that point.

The Best Trains Are Real
We had a great visit today! Food was piping hot and fresh. Great atmosphere and games. The staff was nice. Sad the band is leaving, I really enjoyed it.
