We had a great visit today! Food was piping hot and fresh. Great atmosphere and games. The staff was nice. Sad the band is leaving, I really enjoyed it.

I ordered churos for my daughter. Waste of money cause they were hard and still cold. The games were fun, but some weren't working, and they didn't have enough people there to fix it. I waited at the register to get something with the points for my daughter and was waiting a decent time. As well as when I left I waited. Short staffed.

It was Great!!! Cast Members are Nice to me. I gave my drawing that i drew for them and they loved it! It was about the location when they first opened with the Stage! Pizzas smells Great! And the 1 Stage was in better shape since my last visit. I'm hopeing I will return to this location soon again!

I had a birthday party back in March fir .y son and we had an amazing time. We had Karen as our party host and she was fabulous!! Forward 8 months later and my daughter wanted her party here too. I requested Karen due to our amazing experience prior, she had to step out and assigned Connor as the substitute and I he was just as awesome! To my surprise, Karen ended up coming back anyway and I was so happy to see her but to be fair to Connor, stayed as our host! I had the mega package with everything included! I ordered a cake as well but to be honest after pizza and dip n dots ice cream, no one wanted cake so you may want to save on the cake! I highly recommend Middletown Chuck e Cheese for your party! Kids had a blast, adults had fun! Great time all around! The place is clean, staff is friendly and attentive!

Went for a kids birthday party on Sunday, November 12, 2023. There were four parties on this day plus regular patrons. Please tell me why half the machines were not working OR Broken and just eating the kids tokens! Only 2 machines out of the multiple ones not working had an on screen error message. Just terrible! Don’t you check all machines to ensure all machines are working for ALL KIDS, especially for four parties of kids?! Terrible…That’s why I only go to the Edison one and will never come back to this one with my little ones.
