Coffee was burned (two separate visits) and waited 10+ min on mobile orders, with no one on line, or in the store. Complete fail.

AND I just realized they gave me someone else’s coffee. Wow

Oh my God, I can’t begin to complain about the store never again there’s so many other Dunkin’ Donuts. Please do not go to this one. I waited 21 minutes for three items when I got my items they were all wrong, but I had to go bring my granddaughter to.School so I didn’t have the time to complain right then and there, but I will go back and get my money never ever ever ever again. The help is horrible and help come from another country. All of them. There was only one person there that knew what they were doing, but there’s no way they could’ve taken care of that whole store get out. Don’t go here. !!!!!!

Went in tlwith my daughter to get breakfast. Food was burned, drinks took literally 15 minutes to get and they were wrong. Spent 32 dollars for nothing and even my kid was disappointed. No apologies and no care. Especially that white chubby girl with the hat. We I told her what was wrong she gave me an attitude like how dare I complain that my food and drinks that I paid for was burned and missing items .

Horrible operation. Takes forever just to be recognized (I watched people walk out) and even longer to get any foods / drinks. Drive thru line backs up all the way to Walgreens. No hustle. Very slow and ineffective.

I went in for my order, said Chai tea about five times I was the only one in the store and it took forever to get my tea. I actually had to ask is someone getting my tea for me and then when I got home it was regular tea. That's the second time I've been there and my drink has been wrong. No one speaks English, I will not go to this dunkin again .

i worked here for about an hour before i realized i wasn’t getting trained or even shown around. i then realized the only reason i was hired so easily was because nobody i was working with/ was going to be working with spoke english. this wouldn’t have been a problem if they were trying to learn it, but they weren’t. i then ordered from there a few times, they never add cold foam or stir the drinks or even make the drinks properly. i worked at one dunkin before this so i knew this wasn’t normal. my drinks were nasty and my food was burnt. this is an awful dunkin to get almost anything from.

First of all, you may have caught me on a bad day. But no type of day would make up for this horrible situation. There is no milk, nor sugar in my coffee that I MOBILE ORDERED. (So it’s pretty clear) Then, to my mistake, I forgot to add hashbrowns to my order, in turn; I was neglected for the additional item I wanted to add, I’m so sorry that the additional hashbrowns were such a hassle, but hopefully next time you can accommodate these stressful tasks that I requested.

I frequent this Dunkin often as it is close to my house. I find the staff (especially the women) friendly and polite but there is always a massive line that moves very slowly. I feel management needs to hire more people. The other Dunkin close to my job in Tinton Falls always has a high volume as well but moves much faster.

All you can expect from a Dunkin Donuts, fast service, ample variety of donuts (especially during the day on peak hours), hot coffee always available. The staff is helpful and friendly enough, while keeping the line moving. Good stop for a cup of coffee on the go

Took a half hour today to get a coffee and one donut. The 2 staff members and owner were there walking in circles bumping into eachother, 2 people walked out while standing in line. Get it together.

Walked into Dunkin this morning to grab a cup of coffee! NO ONE for ten minutes acknowledged me. 5 minutes later I received a good morning , still no one would take my order until I loudly spoke " can anyone take my order"? No one was in the store and only 3 cars were in the drive thru. NOT busy ! NOT overwhelmed with orders , NO lines.Isnt service the key to the " Fast Food " experinece!???Really !?! worse swevice ! Moat unfreindly terrible business sence.
