A unforgettable experience. From getting ice thrown at me (my fault for entering the crossfire) to getting talked at from a guy pretending to be a robot. I find it funny but i’m also scared. I wish a real coffee shop will pop up at the junction.
Please do not waist your time in this place.
Went in around 8:35am paid at the register and waited almost 20 minutes. Multiple people came in and out and I was still there.
Went back to the register asked for my receipt and my money back told them I was late I had no time to wait for food.
The cashier proceeded to try and find my receipt in the register. He was having trouble finding it so an employee came out and asked what he needed to find and she helped him out, he was still having trouble to find it.
That’s when a second employee comes in asks me to wait because she needed to take care of the clients behind me in line 🙃
Very late and frustrated I left.
They still owe me $6.40, it’s not even enough money for me to go back and wait 20 more minutes.

Once again quality issues with another order from this location! I have contacted them many times. I can’t tell you how many times I have attempted to fix my own matcha drinks or have had to dump them so many times I am tired and fet up! WHY WOULD YOU SEND DRINKS THAT ARE 1/3rd empty? On (separate order) why would you send a matcha drink that’s not green but beige or white & we have to add our own matcha & more almond milk, sweetener etc?? (Because I told you the menu on DoorDash sends you the wrong way to fill it with 1 scoop, but you didn’t fix it) … on this order today- Don’t tell me the cups are 1/3rd empty because the order requested less ice! It’s just not right to send something out like that! Add more almond milk & matcha or don’t have the less ice option & adjust the overall ice ratio so we don’t have to reduce the ice! No one wants to pay full price and get a cup full of ice and barely a drink which was also a problem here! I may start making my own matcha drinks at home now! I won’t be ordering from here again!! I’ve been patient and understanding enough… I MEAN AM I ASKING FOR TOO MUCH?! IS DECENT SERVICE FOR SUCH A SIMPLE ITEM TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR? My kids and their friends won’t even order from here anymore…How about consistency?? Isn’t there a recipe for each item they need to be consistent with???Fix your staffing problems or contact headquarters about this issue because I’m Not the only one unhappy with this location and you’re losing money. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I’m done! BYE!

they're only the drink is good but but they only had one flavor so it was a little disappointing. All they had is tropical boba. It was good but I wanted the the pineapple mango refresher.

Was verbally assaulted with disgusting profanities by 2 employees. They followed me outside and continued to spew the disgusting comments. I was with my 80 year old mother and she couldn't believe what was happening. Coffee isn't worth this abuse. Contacted corporate and they contacted owner who was only interested in giving me a refund and not in the seriousness of what happened to me. They have lost this loyal customer at all locations. Simply horrifying experience!

What a great crew you have working there. I was there this evening around 445 and I go to many dunkin donuts but I honestly left smiling and happy. The crew was joking with me and themselves. Nobody was to be at work, and we all have experienced it when you walk into an establishment and the employees are miserable, but these emloyess were HAPPY. mecca, Asad, Justin, and I believe the other guys name was Mike made it such a pleasant experience. I don't know if they remember customers, but I'm the lady who we all had a good laugh about shackets. Thanks for making my day. Btw the coffee is awesome. :)

This Dunkin is terrible - and I came here twice, same issue both times. My frozen coffee with mocha was entirely flavorless. One of the times I was there, I had to give my order three times (it was just a small frozen coffee with mocha), and the employee, a teenage boy, looked miserable to be there and barely even looked me in the eye. Maybe he was shy, but it was just a bad experience. Usually if the coffee or drinks are not made well on multiple occasions, the issue comes from the management down the line - either poor training, or too cheap to add a full pump of syrup. I avoid this Dunkin completely and go to other locations.

OMG Alex Burke is the best ever I ordered from the picture on iced coffee cause I don't know those fancy coffee names or how to order(I'm like that in bars too) because I never really order out in coffee talk about patience she went above and beyond kept her cool don't think I could a done what she did I think this whole " customer is always right" Is the biggest bunch of hogwash until u are on the other side of the counter and delt with someone acting like a u know what like who ever came up with that term needs to b on the other side and let me at em, any who Alex kept her cool when the (I'm sure everyone has delt with one these) a "entitled" women came in thinking she was above and beyond everyone else and literally thought the store was at her Beck and call she who should of left 15 minutes earlier thought that the 3 people before her didn't exist and thought she deserved her order when how,and at the time she wanted it like it was gonna be done filled and bagged as well as brought to her by time she finished paying she started cussing rating and raving throwing a fit like a toddler actually worse and Alex kept her cool smiled behind her teeth cussing her back (at least I hope) not literally but I would have then apologizing to everyone in the store after she left Alex even payed for a donut for the lady outta her personal money cause the lady claimed to be hungry so that she could eat something while she waited for her order and time for the ones before her where done with their orders before she got hers doing everything she could to stay professional and courteous to the woman and other customers she Alex Burke really deserves to be recognized for her being so professional U ROCK ALEX KEP ON KEEPING ON BY THE WAY MY GRAMPA COMES IN EVERY DAY WITH RICHARD his friend wit the same name he sits at the round table he LOVES U GUYS AND GAL'S his name is grampa Richard

Thank you I only buy one thing but they never screw anything up. The manager does very well. The employees don't have to ask anyone for assistance they just get things done fast.
