first time ordering from here. had ordered over the phone and specified “one dressing in the salad and one extra on the side.” just got home and checked..no dressing on the side OR in the salad. and it’s too far to go back.

I ordered before I looked around. Dirty!! Very dirty!! Bathrooms with caked on visible grime. More dirty table, tops than clean. Kitchen and food prep area very dirty. Even the exit door had visible dirt/ splashed soda on it.

The wrap was good but I ask for the combo and the lady only gave me the wrap by it self and she try to Change $3.20 extra when I told in the first place that I want it the chicken wrap combo this lady has a hearing problem because I told her from the beginning the I want it chicken wrap combo I will never go back here for food

finally made it to the middletown freshii last night the owner was amazing the portion was over the top had to make 3 meals out of the tex mex bowl .....as a celiac this place nails it......price was great too.....will be going back

The wrap tasted good but I was about half way through when I discovered some less than savory lettuce. I though Freshii was supposed to be fresh and not serve customers lettuce with this on it? Let’s just say I will not be returning.

My Visited today to freshii after seeing the Netflix show. We had to get take out, and eat a cold pizza at the New Jersey waterfront. You would think this was a bad review, but on the contrary. The pizza was amazing. The base was still crusty and chewy at the same time. Topping was amazing. We ordered the calabrese, and the chili paste and onion tasted fantastic! The staff were very very nice. I highly recommend!

First time and won’t be back. It took way too long to receive food, only two girls working there and they were not supported or experienced enough to handle this many people so orders were rushed. We sat there waiting among many people in the same frustrated boat. This location needs some help from management. Portions are surprisingly small for the price, and they skimped on what I selected. For example, I selected double avocado and barely received any. We asked for dressing on the side and it was mixed in heavily. I paid for way more compared to what I received. I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait for a re-do. Can’t believe two salads were $50, and then a $4 “other” charge was on the bill. I wish I could say the food was at least tasting great despite service but it was honestly pretty bland - just ok at best. You would expect really delicious food for that price so it was overall a disappointing experience.

We ordered a few salads, a bowl, and a smoothie to go and honestly were all very disappointed. In the teriyaki bowl the brown rice tasted like it was previously frozen, the chicken was soggy, and the broccoli was brown. Salads were bland and the smoothie was horrible (the chocolate peanut butter one). This was my first time trying this place so maybe we just came on a bad day but definitely not going back.

Ordered a salad, got a bowl of mostly quinoa with a little kale sprinkled in. Lime wedges were totally dry and couldn’t squeeze them. Was really looking forward to trying this place but won’t be back.

My daughter and son-in-law order all the time and so I wanted to give it a try. It's nice to have a healthy alternative for takeout. Of the three meals ordered, I checked my son-in-law 's salad and it was missing most of the ingredients and they added chicken, which was not on the ticket. The other two meals were full and looked correct. They remade the salad as I watched and I was amazed at how many items actually went into it!However when we got home I discovered that my Tex-Mex bowl was missing the black beans and salsa. It tasted okay but bland because it was basically a huge bowl of rice and chicken. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this store.While I would definitely order again, I would be very vigilant in checking my order for correctness. I would give them 3 1/2 stars until they fix the problem with whoever fills the orders.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I live 20mins away and come here for their delicious, healthy, flavorful soups, salads, wraps and chili and more! The salad places by me don't even compare! They even have Dole Whip which is a refreshing alternative to regular yogurt/ice cream. When you first come in, you are greeted kindly and warmly by the owner Kevin and his fellow employees. The place is always clean and updated with fresh food. I will definitely be making this my new go to place!!!
