Their classic Indian dishes are all great but what will keep you coming back are the fusion dishes. The naan lasagna, beet croquettes and truffle ravioli are all to die for. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and will guide you into ordering the best meal possible. Recommend to anyone even people that don’t go for standard Indian fare.

Haldi Chowk is a true gem for Indian cuisine lovers! The passion and expertise of the Executive Chef shine through in every dish. With an impressive background spanning global culinary techniques, the chef has masterfully created a menu that blends traditional Indian flavors with modern, health-conscious twists.
The use of clean fats and natural sweeteners like dates and jaggery makes every bite rich yet guilt-free. The attention to quality and innovative approach make this place stand out. From classic Indian favorites to fusion dishes, every plate is a work of art.

So my husband and I finally tried out Haldi Chowk Indian cuisine. I think like everyone else who eats food from a different culture, one tends to settle in and order the old "safe" standbys. The first time we went, we stuck to our standby of vegetable basmati and chicken tikka masala. However, chef Salil Bhandari was really excited to tell us about the new items on the fusion menu and his creative and innovative take on updating some of the old dishes. He suggested a few items from the new fusion menu and they did not disappoint. The Wagyu beef meatballs, naan, samosas, and black truffle mushroom ravioli were so delicious, fresh, and packed with a ton of flavor. It reminded me of tapas in Spain. We went again tonight and were excited to let the chef suggest what we should try. We had the cheese spinach cigars, (the Wagyu beef meatballs, and truffle mushroom ravioli--had to have that again! 😋) and the butter chicken lasagna. It really is such a sensory experience. As you dive in, the food gets tastier with every bite. The mix of wonderful smells and spices and different textures is intoxicating. They will also adjust the heat level to your liking. Medium heat was just perfect for us. To end the meal we were treated to Indian cheesecake, a delicate sponge cake and a trio ice creams: passion fruit with saffron, infused mixed berry, and fig. Everything was outstanding! Trust in the process in what chef Salil is trying to achieve here. If you do, you will be rewarded and taken on a wonderfully delicious and exotic culinary journey. The chef's creative vibe, and vision to put a new spin on the old wheelhouse Indian standbys of traditional dishes is very evident. It's obvious that he is passionate about the food he creates and presents. Chef Salil is confident because he knows the food speaks for itself; it is his testimonial. The dishes are presented beautifully and deliciously. They are made with love that you can taste in every biteful. We're so lucky to live close by. Can't wait to stop in again and for chef to take us on another delectable journey.
~ PS ~They play really great music too 😉

Hats off to Chef Salil 🙏
Its the craziest food i have ever had.
We were a table of 4, the level of service, attention to detail and lastly, the Dishes were something we had never dreamed of. The Lamb Lasagna, Cilantro Chicken Arancini, Devil Shrimp were insane!!!!!! I Bow down to the creativity and Madness of this man. We will be back with more friends. Thank you Chef Salil for a mad Experience.
Went into Haldi Chowk today. Let me tell you, the level of service and the amount of creativity has not been seen by my eyes. I travel a lot for work and have tried a lot of unique Indian Fusion dishes all over the world. Chef Salil Bhandari has taken the Fusion game to another level!!!!
He was trained in Chicago as he has a degree in Culinary Management, the focus is on Technique, and he personally comes out and explains every dish on the menu as everything is so unique!!!
We tried The Truffle Ravioli, Naan Pot pie,Malai Chicken Tacos & Garam Masala Duck Confit. Everything was sensational. The Duck in an Indian Restaurant was better than the Duck Confit I had in Numerous French Restaurants. Thank you Chef Sal for the Michellin star experience. We will be back real soon!!!

We ordered vegetarian food for 20 people for an at home dinner. Food was packed and labeled very well. Out of the menu we chose, the beet squash croquettes, vegetable and truffle naanza were outstanding. Dal makhni had a slow-cooked rich flavor without any creme and the paneer lasagna was an innovative fusion dish. The gajar halwa was also very tasty with a home cooked saffron flavor. Chef Salil was kind enough to to send us samples of the Chaimisu and Indian Cheesecake for our guests to try. The Chaimisu was melt on your mouth goodness.
