Well, instead of buying McDonald meals for a family of four we decided to split two giants from Mike and went with 26 and 42 options. Sandwiches were awful, stale and dry bread, dry chicken. We had to throw away the half of food. It looks like the place went downhill after the acquisition by Blackstone.

My most recent visit to this establishment has been nothing but pure joy. Jake, A young man working behind the counter was such a nice person, I seriously admire his professionalism. He crafted up a cheesesteak that took my breath away. That sandwich could’ve been swarming with cockroaches and I still wouldn’t have hesitated to eat it. The horseradish sauce was unbelievable. This place and it’s employees is truly a work of art.

I keep ordering from here, even though I should know better. I consistently request extra meat, but I never receive it. The quantity of meat and cheese is very small. Other than that, the food isn’t too bad.
Store seems to be run by high schoolers. Went one night and nobody was at the front. One boy and one girl were in the back unaware of the store front. Lord only knows what they were doing

So I was contemplating on doing this I read most of these comments and all of them are terrible. My horrible experience at this specific location was I had 4 orders. I told the young man what I needed and all he did was huff and puff for everything trying to get a laugh out of his coworkers. I always leave my order last I asked for extra provolone and extra pepperoni Italian sub on gluten free bread. He forgot I asked for extra and his coworker said you forgot the extra provolone and while he is telling this young man he is getting red and pissed off his face was beat red. I was getting scared for myself but more for his coworkers who knows how he treats them. He cuts his coworker off and says I didn’t ask for extra provolone as he grinds his teeth and looks at me. I was literally terrified. I was so scared I wanted to cry. I left the store because I was shocked that someone is speaking to me like this. So I walked outside to get some fresh air. I walked back in and told the kid he needs to calm down. He then tries to kick me out the store and the manager comes out and is basically on his side and tells me to leave. I just paid for my food and left. I called to complain thinking I’d get the owner of this location but no I got the same manager, she didn’t want to hear what I have to say she hung up on me. These people take the job to represent this company and not even the franchise cares enough to do something. Hire me for a good price and I’ll make sure this is top tier. People should not work in customer service if they have nasty attitudes especially this store is the worst I’ve ever encountered.
Couple months ago they changed the bread. It sucks now. Why after decades would you change to sub par sandwich bread? Definitely not fresh bread any longer

The sub was good, except for one very important part of the sub. The bread, it is tough. I thought I was going to pull my teeth out. Can't bite into it without crushing the sub causing it to smash ingredients out the sides. Next sub will come from Naples, better sub at a lower price.

The Manager at this location is completely rude. My Cheesesteak came and had no peppers no onions, and she lied saying I ordered it like that! I pulled up the order where there were CLEARLY no changes made. She yelled at me , and hung up the phone and wouldn't resolve my issue!! Do not support this Location. This is the worst experience ive ever had, and I love goin to Jersey Mikes !
