Cozy little place but on the expensive side. They have choice of pizza and wraps and hot and cold sandwiches. Two slices for almost $8 took me by surprise.

Wow, how far can place fall❓️❓️Joyce's customer forever ( since the days of Ernie) but man the subs ? , no drink selection, the salads are inedible and this past Wednesday I ordered porkroll on hard roll, only thing I had eaten and on second bite I noticed a "nasty" taste, however I was hungry and on the road so I finished (bad move) hour later vomiting ? and the day was shot sick all day...way better sub shops around

I ordered a Caesar salad, and I got lettuce and croutons not even dressing as a chef myself that’s a joke I’ve lived in lincroft my whole life I’ll never be back very disappointed

I got the Fried Eggs, Pork Roll, and SPK on a Hard Roll and it was good. I personally prefer bacon, but for those who prefer the pork roll I'd have to say I'd recommend it.

Joyce's has been around in the same location for at least 55 years. They make the best sub sandwichs in the area. They are consistently a good value and a great sub sandwich. The standard foot long Italian sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, Italian deli meat with oil and vinegar is the model of what an Italian sub should be. Lincroft, NJ was my childhood hometown. Whenever I return, stoping off at Joyce's for an Italian sub sandwich is a must for me. It's a consistently a good sandwich.

Worst bagel i’ve ever had and they couldn’t even include my hash-brown. Not to mention how over priced for the worst quality stay

Probably the best place for a sub in NJ, if not the USA, but probably the best on earth.

Give your order, carefully, they even write it down, and it’s WRONG! The guy working there has no interest in the business. Happens most of the time. Sad to see a great business go down hill.

My husband reads reviews, they have been bad lately. He knew I was going to Joyce’s for our favorite, the chicken breast sub, he told me to be sure about the order. I was, I gave it twice clearly and concisely, the clerk even wrote it down. I came back to get my order, brought it home, opened it, it was 100% wrong! It couldn’t be more wrong. I called to complain, the person on the phone said “ok. I hung up. I am very sad and disappointed. It should t be this hard. Shame on you Joyce’s.

Found this place randomly for lunch on a rainy day. Crew was very patient and kind. This is kind of old school place you only see in movies. ORDER THE POTATO SALAD

Basic, no frills sub and pizza shop. Service is fine, food is fine. Limited-to-no selection of additional items like green salads, coleslaw, soup, etc.
