Our first time at Just Salad! Our daughter gave us a gift card because she loves it so much. We were skeptical but I have to say our expectations were not met they were far exceeded!
Clean, fresh food, REBECCA took our order & was so informative & even had the chef bring out fresh chicken for our orders! ( The Harissa is great btw).
The managers were present, friendly and interacting well with customers & staff. We will be back! Dina & Joe

Ordered 2 salads Thai chicken crunch and a balsamic avocado with chicken to start off, they put the wrong lids and dressings in the wrong salad and it was too late by the time it was realized avocado was one large chunk and brown three little chicken chunks in each salad save your money

I’m a Dasher and they’re not very nice the Dashers I asked her kindly to not staple the bottom of the receipt because I was supposed to take the whole entire receipt and she told me she can do that and I wasn’t trying not to argue with this, I tried to tell her that this is my job. I had to follow the rules of what the instructions of my Dasher app is telling me to do.

DO NOT order from here!! My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here and my salad had a BUG CRAWLING in my salad. My coworker that ordered the salads physically went to the store, and they refused to give a refund. They asked if we wanted a different order instead…why would we want more bug infested food that clearly is not washed? She has since been going back and forth with corporate begging for a refund for 3 days, and still no refund. All 4 of us threw our salads in the garbage after seeing the bug in my salad, and they won’t even refund mine. They keep asking for proof (attached here) and offering a store credit. They are unsanitary and a disgustingly run business that does not care about their customers.

Got friendly, helpful service. Got a great deal by buying the reusable bowl, this weekend only though, I think. So, if you’re thinking about trying this place out it’s a good time to go. Salad fixings are fresh & delicious & salads are prepared while you watch & give your input.

shoutout rebecca she’s so sweet… I will say they only allow tipping on cards and I (probably like some other people) primarily use cash. I wish they had a tip jar just for cash because rebecca & the rest of the staff were that awesome!

David is great! This was my first time coming and ordering can be intimidating, but David made it easy to order. He also puts the perfect amount of dressing in the salads. Will definitely be coming back.
