Ordered food. Rang me up said wrong price, they re rang charged me I paid i paid. Came back to get food and said they still charged wrong, paid another 25 got order and items missing and not cut to order. Added the items missing and charged me more even though we ordered it first. Pizza was good but sandwiches not so much. Meatball hero with 4 meatballs. Over all would not go back.

Went there tonight and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, very relaxed and they make you feel so at home. Price is phenomenal and service is excellent. Who could ask for more and right in the neighborhood. Definitely my go to place.

I loved this place till the new owner took over. Now, go for a slice later in the evening; no slices are available. All leftover slices look like they cooked them first thing in the morning and have been sitting all day, and their sliders look like they've been sitting—no pride in their food. You can look at the food behind the glass and know it has been sitting there since lunch. All I see is stomach pains and regret. Take pride in your slices and the food you are serving people.

Naples is a great little pizzeria/restaurant. It is always packed inside whenever I go in to grab the takeout food I order and that says a lot about a place. Everything I’ve had from there from pizza to dinners is great. Their chicken ceasar salad is amazing and comes with a pile of grilled chicken on it and the large is a HUGE portion. All of the different pasta dinners I’ve gotten from there over the years never disappoint. The staff is all super friendly and will get you in and out of there in a timely manner.

Placed a delivery order for CHICKEN broccoli Alfredo with pasta. I get just broccoli and no chicken. To then call and ask for it to be fixed and you want me to pay for an ENTIRE MEAL AGAIN?! That’s absolutely ridiculous. At least give the option to pay the difference. You have ears? Am I right? Use them. That’s not on me to have to pay for two meals. You need me to come in there and run the show for you? Repeat orders back and make sure you have everything right. That’s your screw up. Do better.
