I wanted to come on here and let you know that the Middletown location has an AMAZING General Manager, Tricia. I ordered a specific birthday Bundt cake online for my niece’s birthday who was coming to visit me and I requested to have it delivered since I was busy prepping her favorite dinner. To my surprise when the delivery arrived I received a Halloween decorated cake. I called the store which is when i spoke with Tricia. She handled my issue with such impeccable customer service and resolved it immediately. Tricia, you went above and beyond and for that alone you will forever have me as customer at your Middletown, NJ location. I appreciated everything you did for me!! So delicious! I’ve heard about these cakes but never had the chance to try until today because I just happened to be running errands in this plaza. It is everything I love in a cake. I love how every bite is moist (most important to me) and filled with so much flavor. I’m someone who doesn’t even like frosting much and will often scrape off excess but I ate every last piece of this 😂 I got a small personal size one in strawberry cheesecake flavor and want to come back to try more !!

Nothing bundt cakes is my go to for special occasions. I’m disappointed with this branch in Middletown NJ. I waited patiently and paid extra for the drizzle frosting but they gave me lite drizzle instead. I didn’t have time to complain in store as I was in a hurry.

This past Sunday my daughter bought 5 mini Bundts for my birthday. I wanted the Strawberry Cream. They each had different flavors also, It was absolutely delicious. I have also have had the Lemon. I recommend everyone try them you will not be disappointed.

The store is just lovely. This was the very first Bundt store I have ever stepped foot. The store is bright, warm & welcoming. Clean & beautifully organized. Then we had the good fortune to meet Marcy! What a sweetheart!! And we had a lovely chat & she happily responded to my request for her favorite one or two. We ended up buying 5 & have sampled 4 so far...they are AMAZING!! SO thank you for a lovely visit, for the lovely representative of your product & presenting us with such a wonderful product!! Continued success to you!

Came to this location recently to pick up a dozen mini buntini's or whatever their cup cake sized ones were for a party. We ordered less than 30 minutes before pick up. It was fast, well packed for the hour & a half travel, labeled on the inside top of the lid. Everyone loved them. There were 10 of us. Everyone enjoyed them. The location was immaculate and well stocked. The staff was friendly and polite. It was an easy, fast experience. Definitely doing this again for a party. Quick and reasonably priced, everyone was impressed. It was a win. I'd like to add- they have a small chocolate chip gluten free cake that we got for our friend, I thought he was going to cry. He inhaled it. Go get your gluten troubled friends a treat, they'll love you for it.

I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes, and usually rate them 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have to give this location only 3 stars. I purchased two Bundt cakes here a carrot one and a Reese’s Chocolate peanut butter one. They both tasted AMAZING, especially the Reese’s chocolate peanut butter one! Neither of them were properly frosted! The frosting was only on the top part only. This is the first time ever I had a bad experience at any Nothing Bundt Cakes location. The cakes were delicious, but would of been better if properly frosted!

They were both delicious I'm looking forward to next month When they do a chocolate covered strawberry buntlet cake. The staff was very They had their grand opening this weekend.I hope they did well it. I'lldefinitely be back
