Olde Village Pub is a hidden gem, offering pint-sized cocktails, fried appetizers, and live music from Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead cover bands. With reasonably priced food and drinks, the staff is super nice and efficient. The owner features great musicians and creates a fresh menu daily. Whether you're a designated driver or looking for a great time, this pub has it all. On Columbus Day, a group of 13 enjoyed delicious food and incredible service. The Friday night band plays Grateful Dead exceptionally well, creating a packed and friendly atmosphere. The typical bar food menu includes burgers, cheesesteaks, and fries prepared in a clean and fresh grill area. Recently, the pub hosted steak night, and all four guests loved their steaks—the seasoning and cooking were perfect. After dinner, they enjoyed a fun game of shuffleboard. It is a local place with cold beer, pleasant staff, great apps, and food, making it a spot where you can't go wrong. The bar tenders are the true reason many come, hang out, and connect, with some even feeling like family. The owner has done a great job with the place, which has changed a lot over the years and now features lots of artwork hanging on the walls. There’s a pool table and live music, including finally Dead music in Middletown. Prices are great, and there is never a cover when bands play.
