Father’s Day weekend breakfast at the local Panera was a delight. The manager personally serviced our party of three with a chipper demeanor. The music was family appropriate making the atmosphere very serene. I will recommend this lunch spot to my friends and family for a cozy little lunch.

This is the most dirtiest Panera bread I’ve ever been to. if you don’t believe me, just look at the ice coffee machine look like it hasn’t been cleaned in years plus the Manager there is very rude always on her phone and not paying attention. I would never eat food in this location. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

There were 3 employees in the food prep area but only one was working hard & she was extremely frustrated. The other 2 were not productive just standing there. There was another person on the register. He was also sick and sneezing. There is no reason the staff member who was handling the money & sneezing should be handling food immediately after. He should have remained at the register. He never went to wash his hands and he was not wearing gloves while preparing the food. Needless to say I will be throwing out my food and purchasing something somewhere else. Management in the Middletown NJ location needs to do a much better job!!! Disgusting!!

I do delivery often The gal manager tonight was so very rude Like I'm the bad guy The sandwich was inedible And the delivery person could not find my home though I have precise directions on website I need a new place With quality food and delivery
