DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA PASTA FACTORY. They delivered the incorrect pizza and when I called the young girl was beyond disrespectful and wildly insulting…. She argued that I had ordered the pizza incorrectly when I absolutely did not. Instead of the manager getting on the phone he yelled at me from across the restaurant for the girl to tell me “well that’s not our problem”! They refused to delivery the correct pie telling me that I would need to pay for the “pizza I wanted”. This is beyond unacceptable… After another girl got on the phone after holding for 9 minster… they were going to redeliver… fine good… well… IT NEVER WAS DELIVERED. When we called back… the original rude girl placed me on hold then hung up. So they play games and have absolutely no interest in keeping what used to be a customer. To boot the good is mediocre at best … the kids liked the plain pizza and it was fast and now I know the delivery was fast because they have horrible service and less than mediocre pizza. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible terrible they’ve gone down the hill they weren’t that great to begin with give them the benefit of the doubt they’re local and I got broccoli and chicken, sautéed and garlic olive oil a penne and it’s that’s literally in the water that you tossed the penne with… no flavor. Terrible

Food is amazing everytime but the girls they have answering the counter and phone are rude everytime. They act as if your presence is an inconvenience. I only come if I’m in no rush and expect to be talked to in an abrasive rude manner. Shame for the owners because it’s the best place in town

Good God, the food here has gotten BAD. The pizza is always raw in the middle. The hot subs are more stale bread than anything else, with a teeny tiny bit of filling the size of a quarter in the middle. I was stupid enough to order chicken saltimbocca from them that came out looking and smelling like cat food. I didn’t even attempt to taste it, the smell and appearance alone made me gag. Utterly hideous, inedible food that they should be ashamed to serve. My family were long time customers who kept giving them another chance, but we’re done. My parents started going there back when it was Romeo’s. They’re dead now and never had to deal with the foulness they currently call food, thankfully. Officially done with the crap factory.

I've eaten here many times , And I won't be coming back , Yesterday I got a chicken sandwich , I could not eat it was like rubber or plastic , Let them know they don't seem to anything , Today I get a cheese steak And the bread is old And the taste is just not good The atmosphere is weird , And the girl who works at the counter seems like she could care less zero personality , I won't buy from here again , You can stomach atmosphere or bad attitude.If the food is great ,altogether it makes the experience suck and they're not cheap
