A very nice stay here at the Hub. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

I like staying here because it's pretty straightforward and decent for the price. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is just okay, I wish the beverage station was accessible throughout the day. Rooms are generally clean, though there were a few things overlooked on my last stay (i.e. a bug on the floor, used soap in the bathroom). But they're responsive when I need something. Location is great, right next to a restaurant and shopping plaza with amenities. It's convenient, no major complaints.

I really like this hotel. It hits all the marks - it's reasonably priced, very clean, great staff and free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

I was happy with everything except the breakfast. It was disappointing; just very mediocre.

Booked a room on their web site at the price that was reflected. Entered my credit card number and the receipt reflected $160.00 more than what was noted. Call the 800# spoke with someone in another county who was useless and read some canned and scripted policy. Called the hotel directly and spoke with a rude customer service rep who stated that she could not do anything about it. I asked for an explanation of how it is that their web site never stated that "you about about to leave this web site and will be directed to a 3rd party" she could not answer and stated my reservation was made through Expedia and rudely hung up after giving me the number for Expedia who in turn did not have my reservation in fact it was done through Priceline. Called back the hotel and the customer service rep never pick up and the phone just kept ringing. If you don't want to get ripped off move on!!! The hotel should provide some education on The Customer Experience.

There are a few 5 star, one sentence reviews so I'm gonna put my two cents in to balance this out. We had an extended stay due to home renovations. First, this is not a non-smoking hotel. They allow people to smoke on balconies, which is where the AC units are, so the smoke will get sucked into the AC and into your room. To cover for this, they jam air freshener into the vent of the AC and you cannot remove it. They cover the smell in the halls with heavily perfumed cleaner/air spray. The outside doors around the property are broken and do not require a key card to enter. This is true of the gym and laundry as well. This was mentioned in reviews from years ago, and we told them, so it will not change. The rooms were okay, minus the smoke problem. The bathroom door is a barn door so there's a gap around the whole thing so it doesn't technically close. If you need it serviced, it's 50/50 if they give you enough towels or toilet paper. Arm chair was scratched up by a cat, light switches sometimes don't work, and the outlets on one side of the bed didn't work because they literally didn't get a long enough cord to plug in the smart nightstand. The hallways are very lumpy from the carpet covering up the problems under the floors. Breakfast is that normal buffet of microwaved eggs and make your own waffles, which I think is a Best Western staple. We stayed when the pool wasn't open and got the hell out when it was because they jacked up the price. I barely thought it was worth it around $120/night, but I wouldn't stay here for the $300/night they tried to pitch us.
