My burger was cold, my onion rings were warm. The box containing my onion rings was greasy and covered in fingerprints. I have always enjoyed my burger indulgence at other Shake Shack's. I will not return to this location.

This was our first time at Shake Shack and, unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. The burgers were okay, not bad, but not really good either. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was practically raw and the garlic parm French fries were cold, seasoned terribly and reminded me of cheap frozen fries from the supermarket. I think we’ll stick with 5 Guys - much better burgers, delicious fries, and free drink refills. Plus, a human being takes actually your order!

I’ve never had such terrible Shake Shack burgers and chicken nuggets. The ones I had in New York before were always delicious, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location again. The service was also very bad—my little daughter waited at the counter for 10 minutes just to get a fork, and not a single person was willing to help her! I’m really disappointed.
