I’ve never had such terrible Shake Shack burgers and chicken nuggets.
The ones I had in New York before were always delicious, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location again.
The service was also very bad—my little daughter waited at the counter for 10 minutes just to get a fork, and not a single person was willing to help her! I’m really disappointed.

The food was old. They gave me a chicken tender in a bun and called it a chicken sandwich it was horrible. The burger was ok. But I wouldn't go there again.

We came here on a Friday night around 9:30pm. This location does not have a drive through, which I didnt realize at the time. I felt bad for coming in so late but my children were really hungry! The staff was sooooo welcoming and friendly. I apologized that we were there so close to closing and they were all so kind and encouraged us to enjoy our meal and take our time. Shout out to Tiffany for especially being so sweet!

Best fast food restaurant. The smoke shack is my go to year round and their bbq menu is a home run. I'm glad it's so far away from me otherwise I'd probably be there daily.

There's a couple new items on the menu now, which is a big plus, but inside the dining room is dingy. More of a rest stop atmosphere than an actual restaurant.

This is the second time we ordered delivery from here, and the second time they forgot my kids’ shakes. No return call from customer service the first time and no return call the second time. Pathetic.

Shake Shack and Manager Joe Went Above and Beyond!

We had the best experience working with Shake Shack for our school dance! Manager Joe went above and beyond — he helped us figure out numerous details, made sure all the food was safe and delicious, and provided exactly what we needed to make 100 kids extremely happy. On top of that, he even added fun Shake Shack merch that the kids absolutely loved! The customer service was incredible from start to finish. We are so grateful for Joe's support and can’t recommend this Shake Shack location enough!

Food was good. Service was eh and the place was a little messy. Went over an hour before close and felt kinda rushed out. Not the point of the review though.
I got severe food poisoning from here. Left after my meal and about an hour later fell ill wasn’t shortly after I was sweating, throwing up, everything. Was bordering on the edge of a trip to the ER it was so bad. Not sure if what they used was bad/old or they were rushing to close soon. But will not be back or certainly wouldn’t be getting any food from here in the future.

I paid $20 for a tiny burger, a shake, and a handful of fries. The worst part? After watching 5 or 6 people get their food before me, I went up to the register to ask about my missing order—only to find out the server had placed it on an empty table without telling anyone. By the time I got it, my $20 meal was cold, the fries were hard as rocks, and the burger was bland. The manager just made excuses for the employee. Really wish I had gone to Wonder instead.

My favorite place

I was very excited to grab a burger here. But it was not great. My burger was dry and the cheese sauce for my fries was cold and almost solid. On the up side, the fries were hot and crispy. Underwhelming to say the least
