We came here on a Friday night around 9:30pm. This location does not have a drive through, which I didnt realize at the time. I felt bad for coming in so late but my children were really hungry! The staff was sooooo welcoming and friendly. I apologized that we were there so close to closing and they were all so kind and encouraged us to enjoy our meal and take our time. Shout out to Tiffany for especially being so sweet!
Best fast food restaurant. The smoke shack is my go to year round and their bbq menu is a home run. I'm glad it's so far away from me otherwise I'd probably be there daily.
Shake Shack and Manager Joe Went Above and Beyond!
We had the best experience working with Shake Shack for our school dance! Manager Joe went above and beyond — he helped us figure out numerous details, made sure all the food was safe and delicious, and provided exactly what we needed to make 100 kids extremely happy. On top of that, he even added fun Shake Shack merch that the kids absolutely loved! The customer service was incredible from start to finish....
