They said the milkshake machine was down…..I think they are lying. all I wanted was a chocolate brownie blast. I’m and so heartbroken when I was told this. i know this Tom foolery from anywhere. #disappointed

You guys got rats . Also drive thru lady told us one minute and didn’t say anything for 5 minutes so I left ( also because there was a huge rat in the drive thru that probably came from the kitchen

I’ve visited multiple Sonic locations and never had a problem, but this Middletown location has consistently failed to deliver. Every time we pull up to the kiosk to place an order, we’re told, ‘Only drive-thru.’ A few months ago, we went through the drive-thru as instructed, only to watch other customers get served right at the kiosk. Today, same scenario: we parked at the kiosk, and an employee told us, yet again, ‘Drive-thru only.’
To top it off, one of the employees was sitting outside eating. At 3 p.m. on a Thursday, the place was practically empty – no reason they couldn’t bring out our order. I’m not asking for roller skates or extra service; I just want my food delivered to my car, the way Sonic’s model promises.
If this location is going to refuse kiosk service, they should just close them down rather than mislead customers and waste our time. I’ve never had this issue at other Sonics. It’s frustrating that this Middletown location just can’t get it right

On Sunday 10/27 approximately 8-9pm evening hours I order my usual #1 (NO MAYO) meal and was told by the females that were taking the order that they could not accommodate me that it would be difficult to take off the Mayo from the burger. This is ridiculous! What kind of customer service is this!? I order this meal all the time what seemed to be the problem on this day? It seems to me just a bunch of laid back laziness in my opinion. It was a waste of time and gas getting there what a disappointment!

Ordered a jr cheese burger plain, sonic cheeseburger plain with pickles and large fries and a vanilla ice cream.
I got a disgusting jr cheeseburger with everything on it and it was swimming in ketchup and mustard !! Disgusting.
The fries were SOAKED in grease and Salt! Disgusting! 9/17/2024. Oh and they gave me the ice cream first and then had me wait for the plain burgers and watch the ice cream melt! Brilliant employees and manager!

I usually don't have issues here, but I did today for some reason. Burger was fine, other than a bit too much sauce, the fries were cold and extremely salty. Coming from someone who likes salt. Check you food is my recommendation
