Cold burger and soggy. I asked for no diced onions and it was covered in them. I reached out to the contact for the restaurant and was told management would call/email me. Idk why but still haven’t heard anything. We won’t be eating here again. $20 bucks for some soggy cold food no thanks

Usually don’t do posts like this but annoyed with multiple bad experiences with this place. A few months ago I had a shake from here that tasted like they used expired dairy. And today, I’ve gone at a time they’re listed as open and been turned away while at the carhop. When I hit the button, an employee came on and very quietly said sorry we’re closed. Then immediately hung up. I still have no idea when they’re actually open since all the online resources said they should’ve been open all day today

I used to get food here all the time. The last few years though... it has been nothing but a mass decline. Especially when ordering through door dash with the insane hike on the prices, and having to order so many things seperate instead of as a meal. It's bad enough that the driver would just leave the food on the porch in 39 degree weather and NOT notify us, but the food itself its just extremely poor quality compared to what it used to be. Also how much of a clown do you have to be to put the 4 slushies in 2 sperate trays, and have 1 bag of the food pressed against them in each tray getting ice cold?! Not to mention the fact that you cant even use the drive in booths anymore. It's drive through window or bust. It's sonic!, The whole point of going there is to drive into a drive in booth, and eat in the car. Not wait in a line of 15 people for half an hour just to order! Never ordering from here again.

Always having a problem with their walk up machine. Few days ago it was the card system not working another time the screens weren't working and then today 11/9/2025 at 11:30 they told me they are only serving drive thru customers. I work close by and makes no sense for me to waste the gas for a 30 second drive and a minute and a half walk.

I ordered the smashburger and it was salty we go every Monday and get the 99 cent slushie the last Monday we went it was a guy there who said he was the money guy and he refused to get it to me so I asked to speak to the owner when he said the owner was there and I had pulled it up on my phone where they had the 99 cent but the owner acted like he was doing me a favor for giving it to me for that price. Haven't been back

First of all, it was about 11pm with 3 of us in line. We waited super long to get our orders and I have no idea. No one had any crazy amount of huge bags coming across the window. I got the cheesesteak but it wasn’t cheese-steaking. Tasted like there was less cheese then I’m use to tasting. I got the cherry limeade and it wasn’t cherrying like that either. I felt like it needed more cherry and I never felt like that when eating at northern Sonics which where I am from. I felt like this was diet Sonic and nobody told me… I traveled out my way for this… LOL not again…

Every single interaction with had with the two girls working were nasty, rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and overall a bad experience I don’t wish on anyone. Not sure if they are like this every night but someone should really check for a stick up their butts. With every question we asked them we received a passive agressive and rude response. Not sure if their lives are simply that miserable but they should certainly not be making it the customers issue. Everyone in the car currently work in customer service or face to face with people and the attitude and representation they displayed for the business and company as a whole was simply deplorable. This was not an issue with our car, we saw them interacting in a military manner with the two other cars in front of us. I really hope they get their attitudes fixed soon.

I rarely share reviews but this Sonic is unbelievably incompetent when it comes to getting a DoorDash order right. Neglecting to include items you order is business as usual for this place. After YEARS of not ordering from them due to the above reasons we decided to give it another try tonight. After one missing hot dog and order of cheese fries later I swore, never again. I’m done with these inept clowns.
