The woman working behind the counter was super rude. She acted like it was such an inconvenience that someone was ordering coffee. This is also the 3rd time now that I’ve ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew (charged $5.87 for it) and she just gave me a cold brew with a touch of cold foam on top. She’s gotten it wrong every time. And I don’t like to complain about my orders and the line was long so I couldn’t ask her to remake it. If she was nice then I wouldn’t even be making a review because I get working by yourself as a barista and that it can be hard. But I was charged a big amount to just get a cold brew with cold foam for the 3rd time and to have her be super rude to me. Now every time I go, if she’s working I walk right back out.

Horrible. The baristas didn’t acknowledge that there were 2 customers waiting. They just kept their heads down making drinks.

When I did get served, zero personality or hospitality.

Then they left 3/4 or an inch of room for my black coffee.

We can do better, people.

The service is hostile and petty here by a couple of seasoned employees to the point that after 4 or 5 times i had to get a store mgr involved. They try to ration or refuse to give me the number of raw sugars i like in my coffee- saving them for potential customers that will come AFTER me??? LOL.They lie and say they dont have any. and i can see them. Even after i nicely explained Customer Service 101 to them ( that you take care of the customer that's present) as i work in retail - still nasty. And I rarely go there altho its 10 yards from my home; I go to the Grove Starbucks daily which is 100X busier yet much more pleasant, less stressful and they leave their sugar out for self- service. I told them about this and they cant fathom it. Totally ridiculous and unnecessary. The manager agreed it was nonsense and would take care of it so i hope i wont have this problem going forward.

If I could give the service 0 stars I would, the service is horrible and the bartender is extremely rude and unpleasant. She doesn’t accept any kind of starbucks rewards and rolls her eyes at you. I left the place and didnt buy a single thing. Do not, DO NOT go to this starbucks!! It’s the worst service you’ll ever get. So save yourself some time and money and dont go here.

Walked out this morning at 7:30 the lady behind counter was unpleasant rolling eyes I left without purchasing anything.

Out of cold brew even early in the morning, selling and charging for "vanilla sweet cream cold foam" but switching it with half and half and claiming that's how it comes. Bitter, burnt, stale coffee with oily residue on top. Poorly managed - just close the store, reorganize and retrain. It's worth it to skip this shop and go to a small, local coffee place like Coffee Corral or Rook, just a few miles down the road.

I am disappointed in my starbucks order today. I got a strawberry açaí with extra lemonade. it tasted like straight up water with a hint of lemonade. I payed $6.24 for flavored water. any other starbucks i go to it is $6.02 . Waste of money. and the worker was snotty and had no manners .

Kayleen is awesome! She is the only reason I come here. Without her the service would be one star, but Kayleen always smiles and provides the best customer service making it 5 star. Also she makes chai teas how they are supposed to made!
