Uber Driver
I had a very disappointing experience at Takumi Japanese Restaurant. As an Uber driver picking up an order for a customer, I stood at the counter for over 20 minutes while multiple employees were present and the restaurant was not busy.
Despite being clearly visible and waiting patiently, no one acknowledged or assisted me. It felt like I was being ignored and judged, which made the experience very uncomfortable.
Because of this, I had to leave without the order. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.—

Spent over $250 and very disappointed. We ordered 2 trays of Sushi which were sub par 2 vegetable tempura which were soggy, oily and horrible, 1 order of plain lo-mein which was burnt and unedible. 3 Kani salads 2 spicy which were not. Hardly anyone touched the Sushi because it didn't taste fresh. For $265 it was a waste of money and will never order from them again

So me and my husband and my nephew we went to the takumi restaurant they had tons of flavors they had great sushi seaweed salad California roll tropical rolls and rainbow roll our waiter was very kind this is one of the best sushi places!!!

The food tastes like smoke because they smoke cigarettes in the kitchen and don't wash they hands. If you look in the back of their store, you can see how disgusting they are. Please dont eat from here.
We’ve ordered take-out from here a few times and it’s always great, but had never actually been to the restaurant and was very impressed. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and came out quickly, and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend Takumi sushi!

I got food poisoning the second time I ever went there. I’m pretty sure it was from the shrimp tempura I had because 2 other people I know also had shrimp and got sick. It took over 5 days to recover. I wouldn’t recomend going here.
