Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and some meatballs in the side. $40 and the pizza barely had anything on it. The crust was half the pizza. Toppings were all in the middle of the slices and the crust was almost bigger than the pizza part. Lots of bacon and no chicken. It was the first time I ordered from them and will certainly be the last.

I will never order from Cugini’s in Port Monmouth again.. One of the owner is ridiculously rude … when I called for the mess up they made on my order(as always)they said they were sending it… after 40 minutes later my family is done eating and the missing food is not here … the owner of the store proceeded to hang up when I called back the owner then proceeded to scream at me over the phone for his mistake(my husband has personally seen him bad mouth the customer after they hung up saying “you chose to use slice not my problem if it’s wrong order… this is not what I expect from a professional business, owner rude and disrespectful.. I know mistakes happen but you need to prioritize fixing the issue not treating your customers like dirt! (By the way the order to the house is always wrong)

Been ordering for years. Not sure what's been going on. Took over an hour for our food to get here (we literally live across the highway barrier) come to find out the girls who take your order over the phone put the wrong address for the delivery guy (he called us to verify where we lived because he was lost, proceeded to tell us the address written down by the girls, which was completely wrong) anyway, we finally get our pizza and this is what we received. A pie that looks like it was in a car wreck. Literally the cheese and toppings slid off half the pie and ended up on the box itself. The pizza dough itself was so soggy, we ended up having to cook it in our OWN oven to make it somewhat better.

The food and service at the restaurant is amazing. Buyer beware when ordering for delivery. Twice I placed large orders and both times food came late, cold and 2 of the orders were wrong. Apparently they can't do custom sandwiches. Recently the owner graciously offered to drop everything he was doing to correct the order then hire a plane to deliver it. While I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy a loyal customer, I declined the offer. They won't be getting any more of my money.
