Employees were not helpful and made me order off the app. They gave me bad directions which made the app order twice and will not refund my order. Was told to call customer support and they have not resolved my issue.

Bad customer service as expected from this kind of restaurant. Would not return again. Food wasn't pleasant either and gave me a stomachache. Might be something wrong with the food

Cuban Cookin'

Was told it could get a frosty at 1030am. Came back at 1035.was told the machine wasn't ready yet. Paid and waiting on the side for it to be brought out. It is now 1046a. If you say you have them at 1030 then please have the machine ready for 1030.

Order the Krispy chicken biggie. Did meal sized it up to medium? I got my sandwich. I got my fries. I got my drink. I didn't get my chicken mcnuggets. My bill came to 673, which is weird because when I go and buy it in Bordentown. It's 6:08, so something is not right there plus the fact is, the phone number that I have listed does not work, so in my books, this wind is terrible. Post Jackie money when you get it back.Check your bag before you leave the window

By far the most incompetent group of people I've ever seen in my 30 years of ordering from a fast food restaurant. The Manager and the drive-through woman didn't have a clue on what to do when I asked if I could have a bottled water and then argued me they don't give water as a drink, and I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular one this is just a personal preference. The baconator & fries are very stingy and I don't get how a large is smaller then a medium here. Overall it doesn't taste anywhere as good as they used to. I would be very, very, very descriptive of the employees that were terrible but I might get flagged for cultural appropriation.

It’s Wendy! We are regulars and they almost always get our pre-orders correct. The one time we didn’t check was the one time it was incorrect but go figure. Wendy’s and Taco Bell are the only fast food places that are affordable these days.

Got my food and order was wrong so I went back to get the right thing, he insisted it was my fault and would ent give me what I ordered. Had to wait back in line as my fries got cold and frosty melted. Finally got the right thing with no refund and sat down to cold fries and melted frosty. Best part the ketchup and 60s rock playing in the background.

The phone # for Wendy’s don’t work I can’t get in touch with anyone.I ordered food paid for it but didn’t get all my food and I’m long gone.Not a big deal mistakes happen but the reason for my complaint is that there is no one I can find to contact and they didn’t give me a receipt.Part my fault for not asking.
