I visited Dunkin today with my little son . What a wonderful experience. One of the best customer service by Jeffrey. My son wanted a strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut. As it was Valentines day, they pretty much ran out of most of the sprinkled donuts. But Jeffrey was very kind, even though he was busy on the drive thru lane, he went out of his way, to specially look for a sprinkled donuts for my son. He was very kind to my little one. Haven’t been inside but it’s nice and quick for the drive thru picking up a coffee. This was not during rush hour or anything so I can’t speak on the speed of service then but going during off times I was happy.
