I ordered online for pick upDining area itself is fine for counter service.Good was tasty I had the roast duck buns. They were delicious. The bread puffy and soft. Loved them! The scallion pancakes were crispy and the sauce was the perfect foil for them. However, I found not a single scallion in them. It’s like someone forgot to fold them into when making the dough. Lady behind the counter got annoyed when I asked for hot sauce since I didn’t ask for it online. Would try more things next time.

Trying to call the other day to order food, a woman answered the phone after I said hello And then she said, "Speak up." I was shocked. I hesitated, and before I could speak, she hung up on me. I'm so mad. Is there something wrong with her? Treating customer like this, I don't understand.

I had heard good things about this place and was really disappointed with the experience after our first time ordering tonight. I told the person taking our order to call my number when the delivery person arrived so we can let them in. I told them not to use the keypad at the apartment entrance since it will go to my mother's phone, who is in the hospital. They ignored my directions and tried the keypad numerous times, disturbing my mother's rest. The delivery person called me finally, but was angry and rude. I wish I could rescind the large tip I preemptively gave. Once we had the food, nothing was clearly labeled, which was an issue since some of our dishes looked very similar. The General Tso's chicken was so sweet that it tasted like candy, which is not really my preference but I'm sure some people like that. The pork fried rice was kinda bland. The food wasn't terrible, but I probably wouldn't get it again. All in all, I am disappointed across the board with our experience. Wish it had turned out better.

Ordered a couple nights ago. Food was okay - could have done without the woman at the counter literally throwing the order at me.

I placed an order on line for delivery for lunch yesterday 11/20/2023 the order was delivered and the egg foo young and dumplings were all burnt. I called and was told they would give me a credit which was not acceptable. I had to return the burnt food (inconvenient) and the woman was very nasty and reluctantly refunded my money. Stay away there are much better places locally

I have been here 5 times. Food is okay (5 out of 10) but the quantities are abysmal for the money they charge, maybe (2 out of 10). Only had takeout but after today's disappointment I will be back on the hunt for a Chinese restaurant.

I wouldn't feed this food to my dog. We ordered the chicken with crispy Chinese eggplant and we received a quart container of chicken swimming in a vat of gelatinous brown sauce. No veggies, no nothing. In the side was a container of deep fried batter dipped eggplant that was nothing but mush. The Mongolian beef sticks were made of I don't know what and were hard and tasteless. The fried rice was disgusting, had chunks of what looked like old white rice. I've never had worse Chinese food. Don't go here!

This food was awful. The sesame chicken was hard as a rock. The fried eggplant with beef looked like zeppolis and a quart of salty brown sauce. Not a vegetable in sight!! The rice seemed old and stale and was not hot. The woman on the phone was rude. Never again ! What a waste of money and it ruined our Saturday night dinner.

I was looking for a good Chinese takeout place after my childhood spot closed during Covid. I'm so happy I found out about Grand Wok! The lunch special is delicious and the food truly feels less salty and oily (as they market themselves) without sacrificing any flavor. I ordered delivery from them online and the order came EXACTLY on time. The delivery lady was so friendly as well. Love this place and will definitely be coming back!

At least twice a month we get lunch from here. The food is excellent, I've had so many things from here I couldn't list them.

Have ordered here a handful of times and it is consistently good. A little pricier than some other places, but it's worth it for fresh, quality food. We had the Chicken and Chinese Broccoli with Spicy Garlic Sauce, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Fried Wontons today. Everything was tasty and our special requests were honored. We will definitely be back soon!Parking: The parking lot has plenty of spots, but they are still doing construction (as of 10/1,) and work vehicles were parked across most spots. Plenty of parking next door at CVS.

The BIG problem with Grand Wok is JEAN. She is a nasty person with no customer service skills. The reason is still works there is probably because she is the owner, co-owner, and part of the family that owns Grand Wok. Food is good, but she is a B***** Ask her for some extra hot pepper oil or duck sauce--and she wants to charge you extra. Ask her to put the sauce on the side--and she wants to charge you extra. She really doesn't want customers to order from the lunch menu. The food is good, but the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. They don't stuff the containers. I asked Jean for a fortune cookie, and it looked like she wanted to throw it at me. I love it when I go there and Jean is not there. The guys in the shop are very pleasant to deal with. I have heard that Jean used to work at Look See in Ramsey and that she was a somewhat nicer person back then. I am not sure what happened to her, but the world doesn't owe her anything. Be nice to people if you want their business.
