The BIG problem with Grand Wok is JEAN. She is a nasty person with no customer service skills. The reason is still works there is probably because she is the owner, co-owner, and part of the family that owns Grand Wok. Food is good, but she is a B***** Ask her for some extra hot pepper oil or duck sauce--and she wants to charge you extra. Ask her to put the sauce on the side--and she wants to charge you extra. I went to order three lunch menu combination meals. I asked to have the sauce on the side for the sweet-and-sour chicken and was told it would be a .50 extra. Then I asked for a little container of hot oil and was told that would be a dollar extra. I’ve been going to this Chinese restaurant a couple times now and I’ve never been charged extra for sauce on the side or hot oil.
