Great workers and great manager. All Starbucks need to be like this one. Please never become a drive thru. Service goes out the window when that happens.
Lovely people working at this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered the wrong drink. I ordered iced matcha instead of iced chai. I realized the mistake and they replaced it with the chai. I was shocked because it was my error. I didn't take a sip of the matcha so maybe that's why they replaced it but I was still so surprised that they were so understanding about it.
