“I just completed a bread baking course with Nina, and I’m absolutely blown away by everything I learned. She’s a true expert, with a wealth of knowledge on sourcing grains, and her techniques were incredible. The bread she makes is hands down the best I’ve had in New Jersey, it's the closest to the European-style bread I’m used to. The cheese tasting and selection of meats and dairy were fantastic too. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in artisan baking or quality, authentic food!”

“we get take out almost once a week. food is consistently great, it's exactly what you want from chinese food. once they forgot to pack dumplings we ordered and they gave us free egg rolls. phone calls are always quick and to the point and food gets there fast. walk there, order food, walk to homestead and back, food is ready!”

“It's not just the only local Chinese food place, it's good. They're very polite, food is great, what else is the to say? While you can eat in, it's definitely geared more towards takeout and they're great at it.

Vegetarian options: They have a huge vegetarian section. I have a feeling that they'd even go out of their way to make a dish vegetarian for you if you ask.

“I truly wish I could give this winery a NEGATIVE 5 rating. I recently visited Alba with my boyfriend for my birthday. I have never felt so unwelcome and subject to such horrendous service. There were only 2 African American couples at the winery that day. My boyfriend and I were 1 of the 2. The African Americans were the only ones given plastic cups to drink our bottle of wine…Among other profound racist behavior. We met a lovely accepting couple that day which made our time there manageable. Please Note: If you are African American/ non- Caucasian Alba Vineyard Winery does not appreciate your presence there. Please consider visiting other Vineyards that appreciate All People regardless of race.”

“My friends and I love this place. Very good ambiance and wine is great, too. I do wish they had a larger variety of red wine. The prices for the reds are a little too steep. If I was their management I would either lower the prices on the reds or add another one or two good reds with a lower price sticker. As someone who goes to wineries and enjoys wine, I know that 44 and 46 dollars for a bottle of wine, even if at a winery, is too steep.”
