Vin and Patty have brought us a new breath of sunshine into our community. Great local entertainment, great pool tables, great pub food, clean and easy going atmosphere. “This place used namegenerator.com to make its name. Kind of goofy. Interior is standard to most Chinese take-out restaurants in New Jersey: Fluorescent lights, faded menu lightbox menu… but this one was unique. The prices on the menu were backwards.

At first I was like, “oh that’s funny, they accidentally put the numbers in backwards. They put them in through the back and read normal to them but not the customer side.” But no LOL, the prices are backwards in another way. Before and after the decimal, they are backwards in order. For example, $15.50 would read 05.15$. Like that doesn’t even make sense. You would have to explicitly and deliberately try to do that. What is going on?”

“I truly wish I could give this winery a NEGATIVE 5 rating. I recently visited Alba with my boyfriend for my birthday. I have never felt so unwelcome and subject to such horrendous service. There were only 2 African American couples at the winery that day. My boyfriend and I were 1 of the 2. The African Americans were the only ones given plastic cups to drink our bottle of wine…Among other profound racist behavior. We met a lovely accepting couple that day which made our time there manageable. Please Note: If you are African American/ non- Caucasian Alba Vineyard Winery does not appreciate your presence there. Please consider visiting other Vineyards that appreciate All People regardless of race.”

“I’ve been a fan of Masterchef and Luca as long as I can remember. I begged my husband to bring me here for a little while now. Thankfully today we were in the area and had the pleasure of eating here!
First off they call them “hero’s” finally someone that uses the right terminology lol But on a serious note we got the Nonno Toni (Chicken cutlet hero) was the best I’ve ever had as well as my husband getting the How u doin? (Meatball hero) the meatballs melted in your mouth and the sauce can’t be matched and best believe my husband (he’s an actor and we travel a lot) and I have eaten at many establishments including NY, Philly, Little Italy and Luca’s was by far the best the quality, the bread, the size of the hero and the prices are amazing!
Can’t wait to come back for the Roast beef Hero’s next!”

“My friends and I love this place. Very good ambiance and wine is great, too. I do wish they had a larger variety of red wine. The prices for the reds are a little too steep. If I was their management I would either lower the prices on the reds or add another one or two good reds with a lower price sticker. As someone who goes to wineries and enjoys wine, I know that 44 and 46 dollars for a bottle of wine, even if at a winery, is too steep.”

The pizza we had was cooked perfectly! the wings were great and had a lot of meat on the bone.Our waitress was the owners daughter Betsy she was great and so friendly.
