My husband and I went to this restaurant (we are both way under the age of 65!) we are 24. We did not feel forgotten at all- the service is so nice! keep in mind, it is only 3 people running this whole place that gets pretty busy. Do not come here if you are in a rush or are super picky/demanding, but do come if you are wanting a slow morning with some great food and quirky atmosphere. Definitely recommend. I got eggs, scrapple, and blueberry pancakes. I wish I was closer so I could come weekly.

This is a cute and quirky-old fashioned breakfast spot. The waitress is wonderful and this spot gets very busy. The staff is older, kind and sincere. I am not older and adore this place. If you are fast paced or entitled, probably not the spot for you. If you want good simple food in a friendly quirky restaurant you might be pleased. I ordered poached eggs scrapple and homefries and loved it. <3.

Great food, nice service! I can't believe the low prices here even during the times of inflation. I was telling my friends that it would cost more for us to buy groceries and cook this breakfast at our own home!

I saw a review saying not to come here if you're under 65, and I had to laugh—I've been coming here weekly for 10ish years, and I'm WAY under 65. This place is one of the few remaining spots where you can slow down, enjoy a great breakfast, and actually connect with your community.

My friend and I started coming here for breakfast while our kids were at school, and it’s become our weekly tradition. The food is consistently delicious, the prices are unbeatable (you’re getting a full breakfast for under $7!), and best of all, no one rushes you out the door. It’s the kind of place where the staff knows your name, you get to know other locals, and you feel like part of something.

If you're looking for fast service and a trendy scene, maybe this isn’t your place. But if you want real food, real people, and a chance to slow down and enjoy the morning—this spot is perfect, no matter your age.

If you’re under 65, don’t bother coming here. The service is terrible unless you’re the same age as the staff. My girlfriend and I went in, and the waitress ignored us completely—she walked right past us to serve an older gentleman and an older couple who arrived after we did. She looked right at us and didn’t say a word.

Everyone working there seems like they should be retired already. The food is bad, the service is worse, and they can’t even remember your order correctly. I guess people keep going because it’s cheap, but you really do get what you pay for here.

As a local, I won’t be back. Save yourself the headache and go to Alpha Diner in Alpha, NJ instead the food and service there are so much better. It’s worth the extra 10-minute drive to eat somewhere that actually cares about all its customers, not just the elderly.
