This unassuming spot offers made-to-order dishes, including amazing samosas and delicious butter chicken, all prepared right in front of you. The food is absolutely delicious, prepared with a lot of care by lovely people. The butter chicken and samosas were incredible, but everything was really good, right down to the perfectly prepared rice. Mama's Authentic Indian Food is simply the best Indian food in Hunterdon county! Customers can call ahead for pick up only.
