We absolutely love Basilico. We hosted a 30 person lunch after my legal wedding last year and last night just dinner with my husband and mother to celebrate our anniversary. We have also just been for a nice evening. No matter the occasion, everyone there is so nice and the vibes are always great. Food is of course spectacular. Would recommend to anyone!
This small, elegant Italian restaurant has a lovely, warm ambience. We had zucchini with mozzarella, tomato burrata salad, orecchiette, the halibut special, flounder Francaise, and the chocolate budino dessert. Everything was delicious and beautifully plated. The service is excellent: quietly present when needed and not intrusive. It is not inexpensive but we will definitely return for special occasions.
In town to attend a show at the playhouse and made a reservation for 4. Reservation was quick and easy. Food and service were great! Loved the bruschetta and the homemade bread. If in the area would recommend.
