went there for coffee. ordered a latte and it was terrible. it is burning hot, and the milk did not froth well. negative note of coffee is.very personal so i can only say i had one sip and tossed the whole.thing.
I got a too good to go order that I could pick up from 4 to 7 got there around 6:45 and they were closed.
The short version…if you’re looking for a good cup of coffee in Milburn, skip Starbucks and go here instead. I had a fantastic cup of fresh roasted Sumatra. I’ve roasted my own coffee in the past, so I can tell the difference between someone that’s taking the time to really put the effort into making a good cup of coffee versus Starbucks, etc. :-) The guy who served me could not have been any nicer or more helpful or prouder about the quality of his product. It’s really nice to see a small coffee shop a couple of doors down from “the big guy” competing and making a much better cup of coffee. As a few other reviewers have noted, about the only constructive criticism I can come up with is to expand the quantity and types of food they’re offering, and maybe make more of the existing space to provide seating for customers, although that could be a challenge. Actually, it was a pretty great experience and made my day. If you’re looking for a cup of coffee in Millburn, forget Starbucks go here instead.
Beautiful local coffee shop with a personalized touch!
My friend got a drink from here and it didn’t taste anything like what it was supposed to very big variety of drinks, but we only tried one. It was disappointed. It’s very cute though outside. Maybe I’ll have to try again.
Great local spot!
Highly recommend!:)
The coffee was great. I just think you can improve this shop. People usually come to coffee shops with a laptop and notebook to do work. You can get larger tables that can fit about 2 laptops and install more outlets for customers to charge their items. There was free working Wi-Fi though! These tables are very tiny and easy to spill your drink. The coffee was good but you can add to your drink selection. The decaf coffee was unavailable. Which is surprising because its a popular drink for people who don't need caffeine in their diet.
Came here for a catch up with my ex girlfriend. Great coffee and conversation, atmosphere was very warm and friendly. Got a cup of joe and it was quite delectable, as was the pastry.
Sat at a nice 2 top against the brick wall, with a dry plant behind me. The back window provided warm illumination. Not enough space for a large party here, I’d be curious to see it on a busy Saturday morning. But for a Wednesday afternoon, it was perfect.
This is a really cute shop. The pasties are soo so yummy and the coffee is amazing. If you want fresh non generic coffee. Then here would be the place for you.

I have come here about 4 times now and the coffee and food have been amazing! The owner is so kind, and it is truly such a great small business to support. He truly cares about and takes pride in the quality of the baked goods and drinks offered. Lastly, the coffee is so good and affordable. Will definitely be coming back here over and over!

Came in for something new and different. Mediterranean sweets with coffee sounded a lot more exciting than an old bagel or donut. I've grabbed a pretty healthy assortment of sweet and savory pastries and a cup of latte. Picking out the pastries was the only exciting part of this venture.
While paying, I felt really rushed, and in attempt to "help" and expedite the checkout, the owner pressed the prompts so fast that I couldn't even see what I got charged.
The next part was the taste, that failed miserably. The latte was nothing but milk, and had no flavor whatsoever. The pastries, yuck. I don't know if they were old, spoiled or just bad recipes but I've never had anything so bad. Literally every item I ordered ended up in the trash. Shame for ruining such big hopes.
