I ordered ahead at this Dunkin at 7am on a Sunday. When I went in, there was no one in the store and there were only two orders on the screen. I came in and waited over 10 minutes for an order that I placed 10 minutes before that on the app. I waited patiently while 3 people came in, ordered and left. All I ordered was a drink, bacon and hashbrowns.
There were three women there bumping into each other and not working in an efficient manner. There was one girl working on all the orders while the two other girls stood around. One of the girls realized I was waiting and she acknowledged me, but then she didn’t help the other girl. Finally, after a few minutes, they handed me burned bacon. I handed it back. They made me another one, but I’ve never seen something so inefficient. Middle school students could do a better job than the people working at this Dunkin.

Ordered a coffee from here and it wasn’t sweet enough, upon removing the lid I saw old milk in the coffee, I was forced to throw it away and walk to star bucks to get my coffee. Here is the difference between the two. Star bucks uses fresh creamer.

Dunkin is the most rock solid experience. I've never had bad coffee, never had poorly made food, never had my order unfilled or messed up. Top tier of fast food.
Its Dunkin, nothing more nothing less. Good priced and tasting coffee, mediocre donuts, ok service. The coupons on the app are great for discounts.
