Wanted to preface by saying I love KFT, but I ordered the Wow Red Bean milk tea yesterday, and noticed the tea part was really white. I thought it I just had to mix it but when I tasted it, the guy who made it used ALL milk - no tea.

Maybe they ran out of tea just after the lunch rush - this isn't a "boycott KFT", just a PSA in case you notice your drink is super white - taste it and make sure it's not just milk. :)

Really disappointed with the quality of customer service and atmosphere. I had made an online order for ONE bubble tea 10 minutes before going to the store and ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes. When I asked the employee if she had received my online order, she bare minimally checked and then told me she is too busy to deal with my online order while she continued to take every new customer entering the store. This store is understaffed and staff is not properly trained in customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

My daughters love boba tea. Eleanor ordered the strawberry lemonade. She said it was very good; sweet without being overwhelming, and with chunks of strawberry. The popping pearls were a nice touch.

Vegetarian options: Many items are vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: The menu has many drink options with clear descriptions.

Parking: There are paid parking meter spots in front of the store.

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. There were children and teenagers coming and going while we were there.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance and store are wheelchair accessible.

I find the quality of the drinks made depend on who is making them. Sometimes the drink quality is poor and other times it’s very well made with warm taro and fresh milk tea. So what I do now is when I do go, I check who is making them in the counter, if the person there is not even paying attention and poor attitude I would skip it, but if the person is attentive and seem somewhat happy I would order and generally the drink quality is much better. Last couple times I went the person in the counter is friendly and attentive and the drinks were pretty good quality.

As someone enjoys bubble tea and tried many locations from Kung Fu Tea chain, the Kung Fu Tea in Millburn is the worst one -1. All 4 drinks I ordered are only filled 3/4 of the cup. All of them! Is that how people making money these days?!2. Taro bubble tea tastes just like regular milk bubble tea... you almost question am I ordering the wrong drink?! Then the label reminds you, no, you had the right order but the drink is prepared very poorly3. Little bubble you should expect. Two thin layers of the bubble in large size drink is what you should expect. They will tell you two layers is how much you get.4. The young guy who is making the drink seems hates the job. Ignorance attitude makes you question - why dont find another job?!Put the very high price aside, quality of drink is extremely poor. Will not come to Millburn Kung Fu Tea any more, big disappointment from such a famous chain.

Kung Fu tea has a seemingly endless menu. It's almost like a Monty Python skit. You can work your way through a curious variety of flavors and textures. All natural ingredients, so Pina colada is made with a pre mix. Longan Jujube Tea is my favorite. I'm strung out!
