100% my guilty pleasure. I was introduced to this place by a friend and am excited to stop in for an order of peach oolong tea with bubbles whenever I'm in the vicinity. The ambiance of each place is somewhat different, with some being home-in-the-walls and some having a place to sit and drink but rest assured no matter which one you go to, the drinks will be delicious. Service is typically fast.

I find the quality of the drinks made depend on who is making them. Sometimes the drink quality is poor and other times it’s very well made with warm taro and fresh milk tea. So what I do now is when I do go, I check who is making them in the counter, if the person there is not even paying attention and poor attitude I would skip it, but if the person is attentive and seem somewhat happy I would order and generally the drink quality is much better. Last couple times I went the person in the counter is friendly and attentive and the drinks were pretty good quality.

I needed a place to charge my phone before watching a play at the Paper Mill Playhouse. This place was perfect, comfy chairs, convenient chargers, open bathrooms. I also tried some milk tea boba & it was delicious! I got no sugar and it tasted perfect.

The Kung fu tea is great, but this new guys with piercings on his face with semi long black hair was so rude and ignorant. Made the come plate wrong order and refused to make it again. Hire him !

As someone enjoys bubble tea and tried many locations from Kung Fu Tea chain, the Kung Fu Tea in Millburn is the worst one -1. All 4 drinks I ordered are only filled 3/4 of the cup. All of them! Is that how people making money these days?!2. Taro bubble tea tastes just like regular milk bubble tea... you almost question am I ordering the wrong drink?! Then the label reminds you, no, you had the right order but the drink is prepared very poorly3. Little bubble you should expect. Two thin layers of the bubble in large size drink is what you should expect. They will tell you two layers is how much you get.4. The young guy who is making the drink seems hates the job. Ignorance attitude makes you question - why dont find another job?!Put the very high price aside, quality of drink is extremely poor. Will not come to Millburn Kung Fu Tea any more, big disappointment from such a famous chain.

Kung Fu tea has a seemingly endless menu. It's almost like a Monty Python skit. You can work your way through a curious variety of flavors and textures. All natural ingredients, so Pina colada is made with a pre mix. Longan Jujube Tea is my favorite. I'm strung out!

After a slight delay in placing the order because there was only one guy behind the counter at first, another guy came from the back room (maybe from a break?) and service picked up. We waited only a short time after that for our order to be made. I ordered the Winter Melon Green Tea Milk Tea with bubbles. I asked for 50% sugar, but was told 70% was the minimum sugar for my order. It was fine for me and while a little sweeter than I preferred, it tasted good, but keep it in mind if ordering certain sweet teas if it is important to you. The bubbles were sweet and chewy, just as I like them. There are lots of descriptions of the add ins but not a lot about the actual drinks. It may help to read up a little about the different drinks to help understand what you are ordering. The variety can feel overwhelming if you are not familiar with it all! Still, I like having boba tea as a treat and love having Kung Fu Tea in so many convenient locations. Pro tip: park on the parallel street and walk over.

Service was reasonable today, they were a bit short and busy with drinks, but order was taken in reasonably short order. I had the standard KT bubble milk tea with 50% sugar, and I was disappointed... the tea had a bitter, overdone taste with burned sugar flavor.. not sure if something wasn't cleaned well, but I've definitely had better. Bubbles were chewy and they weren't sweet at all, unlike some other shops, making them unbalanced when it came to the tea being not sweet, either... guess 50% sweet was a problem for them. The Oreo wow was enjoyed by the kids, though, simple Oreos in Lactaid, so not complicated but also not as good as just simple milk with Oreos. So overall had better elsewheres like the Zroll in Summit.

Good bubble tea but the place smells like sewage honestly. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to stay and drink

AMAZING BOBA AND AMAZING STAFF. ESPECIALLY THAT GIRL GABBY. SHE MAKES THE BEST MINT CHOCOLATE SLUSH.

I live this place, and the lady at the cashier was so nice to me after I had dropped my drink. She prepped a new one and didn’t charge me for extra boba. She embarrassed me with her kindness.
