Every time I order a chicken Caesar salad, I specifically ask for extra croutons and have repeatedly stated that I don’t mind paying the extra charge. Yet, when I get home, I find that they’ve given me even fewer croutons than usual. It’s ridiculous—I ask for more and end up with less, all while paying $20 for a salad. The least they could do is add more croutons instead of just five. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.

My friend got the steak and eggs and the steak was not seasoned at all. I ordered the chunky monkey pancakes that said chocolate chips pancakes with bananas on top. Instead I got banana pancakes and the bananas overwhelmed the entire meal. I barely ate my meal and mentioned something to our waitress. All I got was oh we will have to correct the menu. Absolutely poor customer service because they did nothing to rectify the situation and fully charged me for a meal I barely even ate. I got 5 pancakes and started to eat two of them. I maybe ate a quarter of the 1st two pancakes.
