First time here! My siblings have been raving about this place. So as soon as my flight landed from La, it was my first stop! I was not disappointed! First a special shout out to Ethan and Kevin! They set the stage! Professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. I ordered Liquid Gold, Immunity Broth, grandma’s chicken and rice along with the hot chocolate! You must try this place. Wish they open up more locations! New fan here

this restaurant popped up and we gave it a go! i’m so glad we did, absolutely delicious! and has gluten free options which there aren’t many around here!
will definitely be ordering again soon :)

In our 2nd visit here, I believe Springbone is most unique for its broths and soups which I love! Their serving sizes are decent especially compared to Chipotle, Cava and other fast casual types. We’ll come again for more broth!

Ordered a build your own bowl on DoorDash. When it arrived the bowl was missing the broccoli which the main side. On the receipt it said “sorry no broccoli “ . So they just gave me a small amount of chicken with mostly cauliflower rice and cabbage slaw. I paid extra for guacamole and there was barely any. So for the amount of money I paid for the bowl I got nothing and was still hungry after. Why wouldn’t they put another side or extra chicken or guacamole.

Was very pleased with the quality of the food, the service and the cleanliness. Main meal great, bone broth great and shakes were great. The two guys were friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu to me. The bone broth was excellent and picked up two frozen containers on the way out.

Kevin clearly knows the products well—he explained the ingredients, made thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for, and answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. His friendly attitude and deep knowledge made the ordering process easy and enjoyable.
It’s not often you come across someone so genuinely helpful and passionate about what they do. Kevin made me feel welcome and confident in my choices, and that kind of service makes all the difference.

The food was bland and didn’t match the menu description. We were surprised to be served the moment we sat down, which made us wonder if the food was freshly made. It had a strange aftertaste and was definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
