There is no other place offering these types of bowls and bone broth soups. On that alone this place deserves all the stars. And then you taste the food and it’s delicious and reasonably priced. The grandmas chicken and rice is what we ordered. Oh and gluten free cookies!!

Ordered a bone broth from Uber eats due to feeling under the weather. Made me even more sick when I realized the chicken in the soup was still raw. Disgusting and will never be back. Now I’m sick and feeling nauseous for the past 2 days.

This place has a lot of potential, but we might have gone at a bad time. We purchased 2 take-out bowls for dinner within an hour of their closing. To me, that’s no excuse to serve poor quality food that’s been sitting; because I expected better from a “healthy food establishment.” (We were there about 30-40 mins. before closing.) I ordered a Grandma’s chicken & rice bowl and most of the vegetables were burnt and inedible and I had to throw them away. The food temperature was verging on lukewarm, which leads me to believe the pre-made food had been sitting for hours. It was our first time trying Springbone and I was disappointed at what we were served. If the place had better quality controls and management, perhaps we would have been more impressed.

I was in the area and saw Springbone was nearby and I have been wanting to come and try, as soon as I looked at the menu, I was so excited to have Dairy free Caesar salad with gluten free croutons!! The other bowls also sounded delicious but they were out of rice when we got there but I was so happy about the salad! When I’m in the area again I will definitely have to come back to try more of their options!! They also have baked goods (brownies, cookies & banana bread) that were refined sugar free, which is awesome!!
Maaaaan, I’m so disappointed. The flavors man, the flavors are not hitting. My daughter got a custom bowl; beef, Spanish rice, croutons, and black beans. She said the only thing that had flavor were the beans. I had the Mediterranean bowl and NOTHING has flavor. I’m just sitting here wondering why the hell I spent $40 on such disappointment :(. They delivered the food quick though, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

I used to love this place. I wonder if they’re still opened. I went on a Sunday afternoon. Sign on door said closed. Two weeks later I called on a Saturday because I didn’t want to take the drive to find out they’re closed. No answer at all. I called several times. If you’re still opened please get it together. I miss this place.Update: ok I gave it another try. They were open and I had the best vegan broth. Now the immunity is my second favorite. Thanks for getting it together ???

My meal arrived with missing protein that was paid for. When I tried calling to either go pick it up or request a refund, no one answered. I tried a few times and it just rang and rang.

The Golden Broth is to die for, so creamy and delicious! The server added it to my Yeti cup and it stayed hot for hours. The best broth I have ever had, even better than Brodo!
