I never do reviews, but today I just had to. Zero stars for this starbucks - worst starbuck I have been to in my entire life. Came in with my 2.5 year's old toddler. Wanted to buy a chocolate lollipop and they said there were flies inside the show case so they could not help me - my toddler was quite upset. Then, to make it worse, I decided to select a few other items. Got to the till and they refused to take my $100 bill. That's all I had on me. Apparently they cannot take $100 bills. This is ridiculous.

Honestly the worst Starbucks. I have given them about 5 chances too and I don’t know why. The drinks always taste horrible, one time I had a weird plastic thing in my drink, brought it back and waited legit five mins while the store was EMPTY, finally this man asked me what was wrong I explained and he was not remorseful at all. No apology no nothing. That was my last straw, just gross and service needs improvement. And maybe training on how to do drinks properly, I shouldn’t be paying almost $10 dollars for a drink that tastes bad and if you ask for a remake they look at you crazy.
