Matt was great, he was very considerate with the drink I ordered and offered a lower price bc I only wanted espresso shots to be shaken. And he also told the barista as well how to make the drink the way we discussed.
That was refreshing to get good services from a cafe.

Went in for a coffee and cold drink. Cost over 11.00. Handed the girl a 50.00 bill, it's all I had. I was told they can't accept it. The most expensive coffee around and you can't break a 50? I had left my phone and cards in my car. Then she proceeds to tell me to use apple pay. I explained to her not only didn't I have my phone on me, I also didn't own an IPhone. This world is in big trouble. The employees don't understand how to navigate the system. The only reason she couldn't take the 50 was because the register wouldn't allow it. And all because these kids can't count change! All she had to do was wait for the register to open, cash my 50 and then take my money. Instead they lost a sale. I hate Starbucks but the person I was with wanted it. Never again, hope their stock dumps.

Starbucks is slacking big time! I use to be a big DD fan, but then I had some great starbucks from a location in Jersey City and instantly got hooked. Every other location i've ordered from since then has been trash. I got a Frappuccino and a bagel from the milburn location today and it was not good. My Frappuccino was very watery and I ordered cream cheese with my bagel, had faith that the workers remembered the cream cheese and I was in a rush so I left out without checking, but when I finally got a chance to sit and eat my bagel was dry! Absolutely no cream cheese at all, but he was sure to give me a butter knife to apply absolutely nothing ?. This is very disappointing and I give up on starbucks at this point; it's just not as good as it used to be and not worth the money. The employees were really nice though ??♀️

Average Starbucks experience, although the service was fast and friendly. Smallish seating area up the awkward stairs, and tables are hard to find. The outdoor tables are not so clean with very few chairs.

I walked in and 2 people were working behind the counter. No one else was in line. I stood there for 5 minutes before one of the guys finally walked over to the register. No greeting, he just stared at me until I placed my order. It was so awkward. Please don’t work in customer facing roles if you can’t manage the basic skill set required to do so.

Great Starbucks, in a wonderful downtown area. Paid parking, and very busy.If this ever ends up as your local Starbucks, than I'd say you've probably done well for yourself.

I am reading inconsistency in the comments and I will agree. This morning I got a cup of coffee "blonde" to be exact and it tasted like water with a little taste. I have gotten this here once before and at other places and it has a good taste.

I hate being the person to write a bad review but I was just so irritated. I order through the app for the first time for this location. You would think It’d be easy to read and follow what was order. Was missing vanilla cold foam. I tried not to be upset because it’s not the end of the world. Took the first sip and if you like milk then this place is for you because all I drank was milk. Not picture is my bf’s drink, which also tasted like straight milk.

Perfect for morning rush.. absolutely has the positive vibes need in the morning rush. the service is super fast and staff are very very nice. Very neatly kept Starbucks . They had pumpkins cold brew samples ? and tons of seating available. it’s around the corner from the Millburn NJ Transit station!

Parking: Tons of easy and free parking on weekdays. weekends may be a bit of a wait
