This post is for the girl that wears a mask and doesn’t want to speak! I asked her for ONE EXTRA SUGAR and I was IGNORED! Another employee had to stop what they were doing and help me when they saw she was ignoring me. Terrible attitude terrible customer service. This store needs to rethink who they hire. You definitely lost a loyal customer!!!!

Very disappointing experience, wait was long and when I tried asking a question I was ignored completely on purpose. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and this store is poorly managed. The bacon and sausage wrap virtually had no bacon and sausage in it.

WORST SERVICE EVER! They made the wrong order for me and then Nadari kept telling me she’s remaking it (about 3 times she said that when I asked) but continued to make other new orders. I literally waited 30 mins for my order. Just simply terrible!!!

Ordered two drinks - both were made wrong. The first one I politely asked the barista if he could remake it because it was wrong. He just grabbed the drink and made it wrong again. The second time I didn’t bother saying anything. My husband’s plain cold brew was also made wrong - the barista had added sweetener to it. So weird. $10 immediately down the drain because we both had to immediately dump our drinks.

20 minutes to get a tall drip coffee. Multiple customers behind me served first. Most Starbucks will pour the drip coffee right away and hand to you right at register. Staff here needs to be fired and new employees brought in. Completely unorganized and chaotic.
Go to Liv coffee at Short Hills Mall instead. Won’t take 20 minutes to get a simple drip coffee.

I told the worker here I would like to have the list of the decaf teas. I have a serious medication that interacts with my caffeine intake and it can lead me to getting a heart attack. He was quite careless naming all the caffeine-related teas, it wasn’t until his coworker corrected him. There are people with heart conditions as well. Do better.

Rudest workers. I needed breakfast before work. I ordered and went to pick it up. They were still preparing for the day, even thought the store was supposed to be open at 7:30. I waited for them to finish what they were doing and to prepare my order. As I left the woman says “all that for a sandwich”.

The employee named Jason or Jermery can’t remember. He has a pumpkin on his name tag he is very nice! Kinda, sweet and welcoming. I only enjoy stopping in, when he is there. The other staff can be a bit rude. They are aren’t really friendly nor welcoming. The store can get busy but that is not their fault. I do agree with some of the other new reviews that tend to be negative. I will say the bathroom can be dirty at times. Overall tho it is a nice place.

Restaurantji Recommends
Lady at the counter has a mask on and you can not hear her. Then another woman came over and stared at us while we still could not hear. If you’re going to wear a mask at least speak up. Then she continued to give a rude stare even after asking to speak up. We were also not greeted. We stood there until someone said are you ready to order.

I ordered my summer refresher in tall version but, it was only 15 boba in my drink, and I told the lady, it's not enough on my drink, but that lady was telling you change for that drink, like it's not enough for that, what a bad service!!!
Worst Starbucks I ever been, I was waiting for my order more than 45min! It’s insane, people who work here don’t care about customers AT ALL!
