The employee named Jason or Jermery can’t remember. He has a pumpkin on his name tag he is very nice! Kinda, sweet and welcoming. I only enjoy stopping in, when he is there. The other staff can be a bit rude. They are aren’t really friendly nor welcoming. The store can get busy but that is not their fault. I do agree with some of the other new reviews that tend to be negative. I will say the bathroom can be dirty at times. Overall tho it is a nice place.

I often come to the short hills mall during my free time so I come to this Starbucks often. Alison, the store manager greets me with a warm welcome with a smile every time when I walk in. I’ve never had a problem with ordering at this Starbucks so far because all the other employees here make my drink right. Thanks to all employees here and keep up the good work!
