They had a cold noodle special and it was divine. You know when you want to eat the whole thing but it’s so fire that you save 2/3rds and starve yourself JUST so you can experience it again later? That’s how good it was 😭
I can’t express how much this Ramen is the best I’ve ever had. I will caveat, I don’t eat Pork but their Chicken broth and Chicken they use is so tender, perfectly cooked and flavorful.
Secret way to order is get the Black Garlic Tonkatsu and ask for chicken broth and chicken. Your flavor buds will explode.
My wife who does eat pork prefers it this way too and she agrees it’s the best ramen she’s had and we ate a ton of Ramen in NYC.

Nice, quiet, clean spot for some delicious ramen. We were greeted with a big smile and friendly service. The food was delicious and we took advantage of their current special: Wonton Ramen. It was super nostalgic for me as I grew up eating wonton noodle soup as a kid in NYC

The food was very good. Nice flavors in the ramen. They have an option for rice noodles which were very tasty and cooked to perfection. It can be hard to find a ramen place that offers rice noodles so this is a great option. Would highly recommend.

Great first visit to Sum Ramen. First they greet you with mint and lemon infused water. C’mon!! Why doesn’t every restaurant do this. Ambiance is lively and ramen was delicious. Short and simple. I’ll definitely be back soon.

My 7 year old’s favorite ramen place! She loves the steamed Gyoza the most. Every dish is so delicious that I even cannot remember to take photo first. From shishito pepper to its newly added cold noodle, I just cannot say enough about it 👍🏼
