Spicy ground pork w/ bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, corn, nori, leeks, fried onions, and shredded red pepper. Complemented by spicy tonkotsu (pork bone) broth.
Beef Ramen
Slow-cooked beef short ribs (no bone) w/ spinach, bamboo shoots, and leeks. Complemented by beef broth.

My FAVORITE ramen spot ever!! The staff are so kind and make the already nice atmosphere even better. AND BEST RAMEN EVER, the broth is so flavorful and the noodles are always perfect.

They had a cold noodle special and it was divine. You know when you want to eat the whole thing but it’s so fire that you save 2/3rds and starve yourself JUST so you can experience it again later? That’s how good it was 😭
