I just found my new favorite pan pizza spot—Vinnie’s Pan Pizza in Millburn! We did half Gramps, half build-your-own with their homemade meatballs and hot honey which were unreal. Don’t miss their House Salad, Chicken Parm, the Jersey Boy sandwich, and Mango Habanero Wings. I’m officially obsessed.

Regular pie was excellent. White pizza I don’t understand having to ask for ricotta and then charging more money for it. Never seen a white pizza with just mozzarella before. The picture on the website has ricotta. Makes absolutely no sense, just charge more for the pizza and add ricotta to it. Other pizzas they offer are fantastic. Definitely a must try for the regular pizza and assorted toppings.

This is easily, EASILY, the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. And this is coming from someone who eats pizza several times a week. You cut me open and I bleed marinara sauce. The pizza here is baked to absolute perfection- crispy, savory, doesn’t droop or fall down, toppings and cheese don’t fall off, and from what I gather each pie is baked “well done”. Absolutely masterful. In crust we trust.

we stopped here on the way to Newark airport ( 15min away) To grab some pizza off of a Dave Portnoy 8.3. It was a Friday night and very busy and called head about 45 minutes which was perfect. When I arrived, the place was very quaint and updated. I believe the owner was in there and everyone was very friendly. Good reminder is to bring cash as it was significantly cheaper for this.
I would say that the pizza is a solid 8.3. Super thin with great flavor. We had to get the classic cheese, of course. We also got a half-and-half of some specialties. That was also very flavorful and the toppings really popped. the rigatoni vid is is a must!! overall, a great experience.!! highly recommend!!

Consistently the Best pizza! Love the thin crust. Pepperoni is the way to go. Mainly take out but two tables if you choose to eat in. Owner and employees are super friendly and always deliver a top quality pie.
