First time trying this place and was completely disappointed by the fact that they burned my pizza and I didn't ask for well done is just pathetic. Definitely ain't going back again.
5 stars for the actual food, however 1 star for ordering / service. The new person answers the phones is awful. She puts you on hold and then never comes back to actually take your order. I’ve waited for more than 10 minutes before hanging up and ordering from a different pizza place on 2 occasions. The only way to get your order in on Friday /Saturday is to call at 4:30pm or order via an app. Based on these interactions we’re no longer ordering. It’s unfortunate they can’t keep up with demand.

I would rather run a mile in middle school gym class in a pair of jeans on an exceptionally hot day than interact with the staff that “work” there. My experience trying just pick up an order felt like the Chapelle’s Show “pop copy” skit. It’s disappointing because the pizza is nice.

Vinnie's Pizza is by far on another planet compared to some other pizza shops in NJ. The quality of their ingredients, their consistency in quality... All 10/10!! And Peter the owner is nothing but a gentleman every time I come in and he's there. I live an hour away and it's so worth the drive!! Highly recommend.
