I was blown away by the underserved subpar reviews here. Wife and I guarantee this Wendy's is where they film the commercials. Spot is THAT good. Food has always been amazing and worth a drive. Fries have the perfect crunch and that spicy chicken slaps extra hard here. No drive thru but whatever get up and walk the ten feet. Not sure why people are complaining about parking or staff. Everyone behind counter has always pleasant! Disregard anything less than four stars here.
This location should be the training hub for all Wendy's. Staff here is friendly, and accommodating. Facility is clean and well maintained. Food is well perpared.

I can't eat the food anymore, being that my aging body recognizes the dangers of fast food, but for many years Wendy's was considered a prime fast food choice. Although this Wendy's parking lot is beyond awful. Also, the new soda machine system is trash and based on the soda system I won't return to Wendy's.

I visit someone in this area regularly. Originally from Allentown PA. I am so impressed every time I visit the establishment. The service is excellent, food is always fresh, hot, and service is extremely fast. Staff extremely peofessional!! I am a firm believer that it starts with the Staff & the customer service, and if your Employees are ? ? caring, attentive to detail, & love what they do, then the food will be absolutely delicious & no worries about food being Tamoeres with!! I love this place. They care about their customers. Where I'm from is supposed to be the suburb side of Allentown, PA, and the service and food are Disgusting, Deplorable & Despicable and I will never give them my service ever. I support this location and hope you all get the notoriety, opportunity, raises, and praises you all deserve.I will continue to travel here for good food when in the area. I'm not sure what it is about Wendy's & another franchise I visit in Nj, but the food is always on point at all times (hot & fesh). I will contact the Corporate office to give my verbal review as well

I purchased 3 Biggie Bags from this location. I had zero problems with ordering, or hearing my name called. It was myself and 2 children. Good arrived promptly and it wasn't 'full' of indoor dining accessibility. Ample tables for indydining. Everything looked clean including the rest room.
