“5 star tacos, but it seems they gave up on the inside 20 years ago so -1 star.Accompanying Pepper: small roasted pepper (serrano maybe?), damn that little thing is hot, very hot. One small bite was a painfully wonderful way to start the meal.Tacos: 3 corn tortilla pork tacos with with diced onions and an obscene amount of cilantro and they were legit great. “Courthouse Subs is a MUST if you want a sub for lunch. The owners are great and very attentive - they always remember my order, even if I haven't gone in weeks! Sub won't break the wallet, and even then I'd say it's worth paying extra for the food quality and service provided from this mom and pop shop.“

“Went in for a rubin, but the bakery forgot to deliver rye bread. No problem at all. Got a half a sub..which I stop eating for yrs. It was perfect amount of everything, plus the bread was. After talking with the owner, found out her father owned the deli in the 80's. When I worked on the road crew , this was the 1st stop for lunch , when in the area. Very nice and happy atmosphere.“

“I've only been here twice but each time the gentleman in the front has the biggest smile and hearty welcome. You don't come across many delis that aren't in a rush to get you in and out. He made suggestions and was overly accommodating. The Reuben was DELICIOUS!! I even called him after I ate it to compliment.“

“Sal's has something for everyone. They offer a delicious breakfast sandwich, as well as lunch, dinner, and dessert, where you can either eat in or take out. The staff has always been very friendly, creating a very nice small-town deli atmosphere. The only issue is that they typically forget to put parts of your order in the bag for takeout, so just be sure you check to make sure you've got it all. Other than than, I do reccomend checking out Sal's.“

“Went here for the first time recently to pick up some frozen ravioli and discovered their delicious prepared foods. I ordered two huge rice balls (1 fed two of us). One was cheese and spinach and the other was cheese, peas and ground beef. Also ordered a piece of eggplant Parmesan- again enough for two of us. Everything was delectable!!! The frozen ravioli, eggplant parm and two rice balls were $35 - but fed us for a few meals There were a few tables if you want to eat there but it's more conducive to take out. They also had eggplant rolentini, breaded and grilled chicken, made to order sandwiches, various salads, croquettes and prepared veggies, along with some Italian dessserts. Can't wait to go back!“

“By far the best deli in town!! Recently moved away from Franklin but can’t help myself but get a corner sandwich whenever I’m in town!! The herb mayo is so flavorful and the meat is also on point. “The service is great. The locals flock here. There are some characters who give this place its vibe. A talkative place. Large portions where you don't get away hungry. Eating "right" can be had, no fountain drinks. Great daily specials. Parking is a concern, not much around. The prices are really good and more than fair for what you get. Make to order sandwiches made the you like. The onion rings are top-notch. Kielbasa and kruat is available. a treat that is hard to find in these parts.“
