“Thank you for hosting an amazing After Pass for my family and friends! The tables were set up beautifully as we arrived. The food came out in courses, hot and fresh. We are traditional Italian cooks by heritage, and we could not get over the incredible meatballs! They made the chicken piccata with just the right amount of lemon and capers. The last course was an assortment of Italian mini desserts that were scooped up in a matter of minutes!! The only complaint we had was the chef would not part with the meatball recipe. “For a $1000 meal I expect flawless service and unfortunately that was not the case. Drinks ordered during dinner arrived while eating desert. Two times they brought over the wrong drinks and one order they completely forgot.. Also when waiter brings over food he should know who ordered what and not have to ask again. “The unlimited thali was exceptional and had perfect blend of everything. Fish fry, chicken 555 and chicken kabab were too good. Kheer was exceptional. Special shout out to the staff who added that nice vibe to our visit and Kiran was really good, kind and suggested our mocktails which were too good. It was a very good experience for all of us. “The first time I visited here was about 2 years ago. Incredible BBQ and Pickles. The Management and Staff are incredible, the BBQ, delicious. I lived in Kansas City (BBQ Capitol of the World), and in Florida for years. This restaurant would still be great anywhere because they have mastered not only a great product, but the staff and management have also mastered incredible Customers Service. It's been rated the best BBQ in NJ for several years. I would argue one of the best BBQ restaurants in the USA.“

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

“We had an amazing meal a few weeks ago at Luca’s! We were greeted and seated and waited on promptly. We brought our own wine in which they had no problem opening for us. The food was out of this world. Their meatball appetizer is everything you’ve heard and then some. Incredible sauce, bread service, and our meals were excellent. My partner had the octopus for an appetizer and said it was incredible. Both of our meals were amazing and served timely and piping hot. I had the chicken marsala with mushroom risotto, delicious! And he had the veal saltimbocca. The service was prompt, pleasant and just perfect, and the atmosphere is lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

The staff were attentive yet not overebearing and the food was delicious. “I just stumbled upon this place and I’m not from Jersey. I walked in to give it a try. As I’m sitting and eating my food I decided to leave a review but before doing that I wanted to read people’s reviews and see what their thoughts were. I honestly don’t understand why there’s many reviews claiming the customer service is horrible. They greeted and welcomed me in and even explained what certain food on their menu were so I don’t see what makes them have bad customer service. Now let’s get to the food part. I ordered their mixed grill which had three different types of spiced chicken. The chicken had so much flavor it was spiced and cooked to perfection. Overall the food and customer service were outstanding. If you’re in the area and looki by for delicious Afgan/kabob food this is the place to go.
