we got the beef and chicken banh mi and pho. the flavor profile of everything was on the sweeter side - particularly the pho broth and the pickled veg in the banh mi - which is personally not my thing. But I really loved every bite of the chicken banh mi. the bread and chicken was soft and tasted fresh. and the chicken was well flavored, complex, and nicely charred.

Been coming here a while. I want to give a higher rating but they are rarely consistent with their pho. I either get the wrong meat, the ingredients aren’t fresh, or the broth is dark (a sign of old broth). When they do it well, they do it really well, but after coming here for the past few years, I just don’t see a reason to eat here over any Edison spot that will deliver every time. Other than convenience.

I've been going to this restaurant throughout the years and the food has been amazing all throughout! Love the interior - every time I go, there's an upgrade somewhere lol. Service is great, food is great, and ambience too!
