Today, on the 4th of July, we did enjoy the wings we ordeared.We ordered the brownie and a cookie, and I have to say they were not that good. Both were cold and served on a warm plate.I am not sure, but it did make us look at each other and say what happened...

Grabbed some food with our staff after work. The food was really good. The atmosphere was cool, a little loud. Our server was Ali. She was a blast and so attentive. Our group will be back again soon!
Love this place! I had Alli as my server, such great service and so personable and bubbly! Hope to have her again as my waitress!

Terrible take out service. It wasn't completely prepared by the time I arrived, arriving a few minutes late. The traditional wings were missing then 40 minutes after the pickup time I waited for them to get half of what was ordered. The entire time the staff treated me like an inconvenience. Saw two parties come and go as well as three to-go orders go out before I could get anything. At the time of writing it has been a full hour since they tried to screwed up. Not sure about their dine in service but the to-go/pickup was atrocious.

If you not hungry and you just wanna sit and chill on a table this is the place for you, it took like 30 minutes to take my order it took almost a hour to bring the first drink which we had to ask for it again mind you it was 2 of us (one drink ) looked to the other side looking for the waitress and I see my burger just sitting and the girl just talking in the door kitchen like she's not working, she brings the food and asked me if I want water till my drink comes out and yup I Started to eat almost finished and than I get my drink ,place is horrible there's always bad coordination too

First off ,as soon as we walked in there was 3 waiters/ hostess huddled by the register conversating while we stood there for about 4 minutes. Place only had about 10 customers in the restaurant. After waiting for 4 minutes I politely walked up to the register and asked to be seated. One of the girls rolled her eyes and said " follow me". No greeting hello or anything.. I have been to one other BWW in Chicago and I loved it the food was delicious. So I ordered wings and Mac and cheese. When the food got to the table I laughed hysterical. I have never in my life seen wings as small as the ones that were served to me.. Two bite wings( no exaggerating) . Then the mac n cheese was served in a bowl that looked like a paper cup. The mac and cheese was hard and clumpy. I was so disappointed...And I'm not going to mention my neices plate.. that's a whole different story. We literally left the food on the table got up and walked out. So disappointing. Was really looking forward to some big juicy wings and creamy Mac n cheese like I had in Chicago. Guess I have to fly back one day to really enjoy BWW.

Horrible server totally neglected the table. Then ask for a refill and wait 15 minutes while the drink was already empty for 15 minutes. Then food takes over 30 minutes seen the server 1 time to say that they had a big togo order. The manager was great but the server should be fired and should learn to never sit there and be disrespectful to customers when they are explaining how the SERVER dropped the service steps. Will be contacting corporate office in regards to the horrible service. Thank you to the manager you were amazing.

I ordered on the mobile app and they did not do the majority of our customizations, gave us the wrong drink, and there was ants inside of my soda. The service was also very slow.
