Forgot to adjust the order and now find I like the peppers. However, very disappointed how my sandwich was wrapped, the extra cheese I ordered was stuck to the paper because the sandwich was wrapped with paper pushed into sandwich. First time that has happened. So essentially I did not get extra cheese. Another customer service miss was I had put the names in for each sandwich, mine and my wifes and in typical fashion my name was written on the outside of my sandwich, but my wifes was not. And she noticed, not a big deal... but a missed WOW opportunity. Again love this place and will continue to order”

“Good sandwich shop, unless you are vegetarian. Steer clear of the veggie sandwich: It's basically a sub with just the fixings (lettuce, tomato, onions, sweet/hot peppers) and no filling. If you're expecting some roasted vegetables, or something similar, you're out of luck.”

Nothing has changed except the prices and the amount of food you get. Prices went way up and the amount of food you get went down. Which is just the way it is everywhere anymore. Food and service is still good.”

Lady who took the order was nice/professional. Delivery guy was super polite, friendly and downright pleasant. (Srsly 5 stars for delivery service, he was delightful!) Food was still piping hot, order was accurate to a 'T,' and it arrived right on time by the lady's estimate.

We got two different kinds of lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken - pretty basic, but we were craving it and it's a good way to try out a new restaurant. Anyway.
Lo mein was PHENOMENAL. Clearly prepared by someone who knows what they're doing, made to order, great flavor, and not super greasy like lo mein so often is. Veggies were all cooked tender-crisp, meat was tender and cooked perfectly. You can absolutely tell that the lo mein was properly pan-fried, and the flavor is just unbeatable. The sweet and sour sauce was a little different - kind of like a hybrid sweet&sour/duck sauce - and soooo good. And, guys, the chicken itself wasn't greasy, and even reheated perfectly in the skillet the next day.

We will absolutely be back.

And they do make both plain and vegetable lo mein.

“This was my first time coming to a Longhorn Steakhouse and it was a wonderful experience. Our server was very sweet, attentive, and informative. She was open and honest with me about popular menu items and very helpful in my decision making. I had the garlic lemon chicken breast and I don’t think I have ever had such perfectly cooked chicken from a restaurant. Moist, flavorful, and perfect seasoning and texture. I had the Caesar salad and mashed potatoes for my sides, again both perfectly delicious. The salad was perfect with a wonderful dressing and the mashed potatoes were such a good texture and combination with the chicken.”
