“Great place!! Have ordered from here many times. Today little disappointed but also pleasantly surprised. Normally I order Mike's Famous Philly without peppers. Forgot to adjust the order and now find I like the peppers. However, very disappointed how my sandwich was wrapped, the extra cheese I ordered was stuck to the paper because the sandwich was wrapped with paper pushed into sandwich. First time that has happened. So essentially I did not get extra cheese. Another customer service miss was I had put the names in for each sandwich, mine and my wifes and in typical fashion my name was written on the outside of my sandwich, but my wifes was not. And she noticed, not a big deal... but a missed WOW opportunity. Again love this place and will continue to order“

“The single cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion and mayonnaise was good. And I bought an order of chili. But the girl taking my order acted like she couldn't understand what I wanted on my cheeseburger. I had to keep repeating it. Then when I got to the window I realized she was texting on her phone. Then I got to next window to get my food and the girl practically threw a bag at me. I guess she was in a hurry. I looked in the bag and it wasn't even my order. So then I had to knock on the window to get her attention and let her know that wasn't my order.“
